We are having issues right now, and I just stumbled on that post. It seems to me you are saying your Linux ARM control is RPi 5-compatible, but the one you sell specifically for RPi is not. The fix you are proposing requires customers to re-purchase a CODESYS licence. Is there a time frame for that to be fixed?

Hallo, ich möchte IEC 104 Protokolldaten von einem Gerät über Ethernet empfangen, in ein Modbus-TCP Protokoll umwandeln und weiter geben (lesen und schreiben) an andere Modbus Geräte. Dies soll auch in die andere Richtung funktionieren, so dass daten aus dem Modbus Register vom IEC Gerät ausgelesen werden können. die Umwandlung soll eine pfc200 sps von wago durchführen. am Ende sollen die Daten in einer Webansicht visualisiert werden. das Programm der wago möchte ich in codesys 3.5V programmieren. Kann mir jemand helfen, meine Erfahrung mit Codesys ist leider bis jetzt nur sehr grundlegend.

... you say 1.6 Nm is only enough torque to unscrew a loose bottle cap ... This the the value of torque: from 1,2 Nm to 1,4 Nm that is cosidered acceptable for an old people. 1,6 Nm the torque considered acceptable for general use caps.

Hello, I have almost exactly problem already discussed here in this old thread: https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Engineering/thread/03af9426eb/ However, this is quite old and I assume not completely relevant. In my case, I use v3.5.20 on windows 11, so Winpcap is no longer supported on newer OS. Also, this hint about adding entry to the .cfg file under ProgramFiles(x86) is also not relevant anymore. I guess, I need to add entry SysEthernet to this .cfg file: C:\ProgramData\CODESYS\CODESYSControlWinV3x64...\CODESYSControl.cfg like this one: [ComponentManager] Component.1=CmpTargetVisuStub Component.2=CmpWebServer Component.3=CmpWebServerHandlerV3 Component.4=SysCpuMultiCore Component.5=SysReadWriteLock Component.6=SysCpuBreakpoints Component.7=SysPipeWindows Component.8=SysEthernet But I'm not sure about Npcap vs WinpCap. Please, if applicable, update these instructions.

Hi! I tried to start Codesys V3.5 SP11 program and this error message popped up (see attachment). Program worked fine last week. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the program but it did not help. If I choose Ignore or Retry options the program works expect the UI is missing. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi all, is it possible to use object instances that are not instantiated by codesys itself, e.g. have been defined in UA-Modeler ? When I browse the plc with UA-Expert I see those instances, but I have not seen information in codesys or the web if these are writable in codesys. So far, I am under the impression, that it is not possible, but would like to hear from others. Also, is it correct, that it is not possible to create references inside codesys ? Hi everyone, I just created a very simple library without any code and, added it to my very simple project. after adding this library, I get an error when I try to open "Symbol Set" in "OPC UA Server" in "Communication Manager". Here is the code of my POU in the library: FUNCTION_BLOCK POU VAR eCommand : (CMD_NONE:=0, CMD_RESET:=-1) INT := CMD_NONE; END_VAR Attached is the error that I get. I also noticed that by removing the enumeration variable above (eCommand), I can open the "Symbol Set" again. Anybody has any idea why this error is raised and how could I use enumeration variables without error in "OPC UA Symbol Set"?
