Hello there, I am new here and in programming. I need help with the basics. I am trying to do what I mentioned in the title. I have an analog input. So I have a real or integer data type value. I want to delay it. TON and TOF only work with bool. I think there is a function block that has two inputs, 1 for real or int and 1 for bool. And if bool is true, it will give the output as real or int. I don't know but I need something like this. Actually, it is not exactly like that. In other words, it will not show the real value at the input at the output after a certain period of time. I want it to show the real value from 2 seconds ago continuously. The purpose of doing this is to compare the real value I received with the value from 2 seconds ago and find out whether it went up or down. I am using only FBD. Please help me with this. Hello, if you enter %t as a "Text" on a rectangle and do not link a variable in "Text variable", it automatically displays the system time. My question is, where do if find a variable, that contains exactly this time? I tried numerous variants using GetLocalDateTime or GetSysTime but I always have to manage timezones myself (which I do not want to do). I only want a variable with the date an time from my windows system, where the visualization is running. Where can I find this variable?

Indeed, I'm also seeking a solution for this issue. The main challenge we face is the requirement to use EV (Extended Validation) Certificates. Due to security considerations, it's not possible—nor is it ever recommended in such cases—to export the certificate with its private key.

Hi I have done some tests and i realised that it's an issue with the visualizator simulator because i uploaded the program to a device and tried to see on the Web browser and I see correcctlu the images of the image pool of the library. I post this for anyone that have the same problem.

hello kevinrn, I've been looking for a solution to the CI/CD issue for a long time. Briefly about me... I am 32 and software architect for Codesys V3 and fullstack dev for web (VueJS, NestJS) in a small company in Erfurt (Germany). https://www.rex-at.de/. Through my web part, we already have CI/CD running well via GitLab (YAML-based configuration file (.gitlab-ci.yml), which defines which pipelines and jobs are executed when certain events occur) with everything you know. Stages for npm packages - prepare (GitVersion, npm install or whatever) - build (vite, tsc or whatever) - testing (vitest, jest or whatever) - deploy (npm packages) And similar for monorepo's or backend services (in NestJS) as DockerImages. For Codesys we have been building an OOP framework for years (~50 libraries now), which is currently managed via SVN and a specially written Svn-Watcher (in Python) gets commits and runs and builds everything together and deploys it to an FTP server and network drive. Why do we still have SVN? Because we are unfortunately still tied to the safety integration of Codesys and can therefore only go to SP15 at most with our controller/Eckelmann. But soon there will be an update and there will be no more obstacles to using Git. Hence my questions: 1. the basic idea is to run a local Windows Runner on some machine? 2. install Codesys on the machine where the runner is running? 3. powershell & python scripts are then used to execute builds (compile, build, sign libraries) & deploys? 4. can the Github action also be used in GitLab? ChatGPT has already told me that it's not the same, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Do you have any ideas on this? Greetings :D

I dont know exactly why this error happens, but I think its because you have some wrong whiles. Because when i had that problem it was because I accidently wrote while true then and it was stuck in the loop.

Hallo, 1. Willkommen :-) 2. Da hast schon etwas worauf du aufbauen kannst. 3. Da gibt es von WAGO Hilfen wie man Projekte zu Codesys 3.5 migriert. 4. Mit SNMP habe ich keine Erfahrung, kann dir leider nicht weiterhelfen. 5. WAGO hat eine eigene SNMP Implementierung. Ich vermute WAGO entwickelt diese Libary nicht mehr parallel weiter, deshalb die Aussage des Supports. Die Codesys SNMP lib ist in das Paket IoT gepackt worden. Die Library kannst du ganz normal einbinden wenn du die IoT Lizenz für das Gerät gekauft hast . Hilfe findest du hier Wenn du keine Lizenz hast sollte die Lib einen gewissen Zeitraum, iirc 30 Minuten, ohne Einschränkungen im Demomodus laufen. Zu den Detailfragen, das ist eine WAGO Libary da wirst du hier nur mit viel Glück Hilfe finden. Ich würde für ein Retrofit auf die Version von Codesys wechseln, dann bist du auch nicht mehr abhängig vom Hersteller. Grüße

Hello folks, my problem is a bit bigger for just one question. So let's start with the easiest. But first, my system setup: It's a WAGO 750-8212 PFC with some I/O-modules. I try to communicate with the controlsystem over SNMP using the IIoT library from codesys. https://content.helpme-codesys.com/de/CODESYS%20Examples/_ex_iot_snmp_service.html Is there some expirience with this kind of communication? It's just about transfering some data from PFC to network and setting some analogsettings from network to the PFC. So my easiest question: Do I ever need the SNMP_Agent or can I use the SET / GET function as standalone, without the agent? (maybe some more questions will follow, if someone will answer to my request) thanks so far

I've seen that you can use cmds like below to run SA from scripts. system.commands["staticanalysis", "run"].execute() But I would like to run different SA configuration files to create separate logs and cant find anywhere in the scripting engine if this is supported. This stems from if I turn on everything, SA stops reporting issues in the message log when the list gets over 600ish issues. Once we have done an initial clean up of code this wont be an issue, but I'm trying to get a baseline to track improvement.
