Hi, I clone a git repository with VersionUpdateFlags.SilentMode, works fine But now I want to checkout a specific commit (with branch_copy command). When using the branch_copy command there is no VersionUpdateFlags and I get this annoying "Project Environment" prompt, blocking further execution of my script without user input. I already tried something like system.prompt_answers[???] = PromptResult.Cancel but I don´t know the string I need here.. The goal is to have a script that clones a repository and compiles every tag + create compiled libraries.

Good morning, The problem I encounter is very disturbing, when I try to connect to my project, it asks me to put in my username and password, which I do. However, I cannot connect and it restarts. the window to rewrite my identifiers. However it is the correct identifier and password I do not understand why. When I try to put false identifiers there strangely it tells me that these are not valid identifiers. There is something what can I do? Sincerely

I think I need to read up on why this happened. I understand that placeholders should point to a particular version for obvious reasons however what has occurred in this instance is different. The example project was released as a "project archive" but it seems to load differently based on what I've got installed in my repositories. I'm going to dig into that tomorrow but any advice is welcome.

Hallo, du solltest dir angewöhnen Präfixe für die Datentypen zu nutzen. Dann ist das auch lesbarer. Aus value wird rValue für ein REAL oder wValue für ein WORD. Daher ist jetzt nicht ersichtlich mit welchen Datentypen du dort arbeitest und was die Bausteine an den EIN- und Ausgängen erwarten. Du kannst aber explizit eine Typkonvertierung durchführen indem du am Ausgang noch einen Baustein "TO_WORD" setzt.

Hallo pmolke vielen Dank für Deinen Hinweis. Natürlich kann man alles nachbauen, das hat Vor- aber u.U. auch Nachteile. Ich würde mir aber gerne die Macros ansehen. Hast Du einen Link? Wir wollen eine Standardlösung einsetzen, sofern sie dann funktioniert, und sind da auf dieses CodesysObjekt gestoßen. Bisher haben wir da unsere Zweifel an der Implementierung oder der Dokumentation, so werden Bereichstypen bei ganzen Zahlen scheinbar auch nicht korrekt verarbeitet.

All Sensors from the OneWire Master are assigned already to a seperate task with low prio (26) that runs with 1s cycle time. My EtherCat Task is running with Prio 1. It all works fine, until I adjust the CODESYScontrol.cfg or the CODESYScontrol_Usr.cfg files so that it supports a 2nd OneWire Master in the Codeys Runtime. If I change something in this config file and reboot my EtherCat Master stops working.

Hi We have picked up an issue OSCAT_BASIC.Scale_r function call not working in the old lad and FBD version 4.60. Gives no output on the function call. When we convert this to LAD2 it works. As can be see by the two screenshot in normal LD not working in LAD2 it works. Please confirm if this is an issue with Oscat or with LAD in 3.5.21sp3, is there an workaround. Regards Shaun

It seems like a bug in FBD. Work-around: If you click on the small line between the box and the output variable and delete this, the variable is removed. When you then assign a variable again (Ctrl-A), then you will see that the line will be a bit longer. If you then select the previous variable, you will see that it works.

Hello, I am using an Inovance PLC to control a servo via EtherCAT. When I enable MC_POWER, the drive switches to Run mode successfully. After that I call MC_MoveRelative, but I get the error SMC_FB_WASNT_CALLED_DURING_MOTION. The servo vibrates but the motor shaft does not move. I am new to EtherCAT/servo motion control, so I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions for troubleshooting this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

Why must you use a method? Top of my head can't you just use the button to turn on a bit and use it in a normal task? Just turn a bit on with the button, and run a TON from it in code, and turn it back off with the ton. And then just log the pressure on both the rising & falling edge?

Ich habe eine Wallbox, die ich gerne per Modbus ansteuern würde. Die Normale Modbus-Kommunikation, um ein paar Werte auszulesen klappt auch. Wenn ich aber Zugriff auf bestimmte Modbus-Register haben möchte, benötigt die Wallbox ein TLS-Zertifikat. Das Zertifikat habe ich bereits erstellt und im Security-Sreen unter Eigene Zertifikate hochgeladen. Weiter komme ich aber nicht mehr. Wie baue ich eine TLS-Verbindung mit der Waalbox auf? Vielleicht hat das ja schonmal jemand gemacht und ein Beispiel für mich. Ich bin über jede Hilfe sehr Dankbar!

Hello, I'm asking for help with installing the license server for Linux SL 4.18.0.0. When I try to install it, I get a message that the WIBUCodeMeter package is missing. I checked the package manager tab to see if the package is installed, and it is - Codemeter 8.40.7120.501. I've checked the CodeMeter Runtime on the target machine, and everything seems to be working fine. One thing caught my eye: the Device Architecture tab says "None" Please help me solve this problem.

I want to cancel the automatic address allocation for all IO mappings. If I directly set the automatic_iec_address in class ScriptIoMapping to False, the address becomes None. So I reset manual_iec_address with itselfs value. It only work with the Input IOMapping . For output, it reports an error: "Invalid address: The channel type 'Output' requires address type '%Q'." I checked the description file ,both accessRight are total same. Does anyone know what causes this?

I have Already the same problem when i'm trying to write data more than 10 times in the same file. In fact, i send my data periodicaly to a file that i configured to have permission of W/R in my CodesysContol.cfg. When the Error occurs, i must reboot my machine to success. It means that the problem isn't realted to a limitation of size, but a problem in the function supposed to handle the file. totorovic : allow me to know if you've found a solution to your problem. @ducng, Another possible situation could be that normally there are 3 inputs for MC_Power. In your above images, I can't see the "bDriveStart" input activated. As Mr. @gseidel mentioned, you need to make sure MC_Power.Status output should be TRUE. Issuing any movement command without activating the axis would naturally result in an error. For MC_Power; You can set the Enable and bDriveStart inputs to TRUE and try turning the axis activation on and off using only the bRegulatorOn input. Regards, Imdat

Hi kenth1973, MC_Phasing has been improved in recent versions. I would recommend to install the latest version of SoftMotion (4.20.1.0) and test whether the problem still exists, and if so, what the error identifier is. (Also check the PLC log in this case, it might contain additional information.) Setting the internal state of the FB is not recommended, it could lead to malfunction of the FB and unintended movements of the drive. Best regards, Georg

Jetzt habe ich die Situation bei mir zuhause ausprobiert; anfangs gab es eine Fehlermeldung; dann habe ich die Firewall ausgeschaltet. Daraufhin ging der Zugriff. Anschließend habe ich die Firewall wieder eingeschaltet und plötzlich ging der Zugriff auch mit Firewall. Ob das jetzt im Netzwerk in der Schule genauso ist kann ich erst morgen testen. Ich melde mich dann wieder. VG Toni

The help link appears to be broken. When I implemented something similar I had to add {attribute 'reflection} above the declaration of the FB with {attribute 'instance-path'} above the string VAR that would contain the path. Then wrote a function to trim off however much I wanted removed by searching for periods, then formatting it with spaces at the periods and removing brackets on arrays while also breaking up the PascalCase to present it a bit nicer for the end-users.

Didn't help. I'm just trying to understand why the errors occur. Are they from the poor driver or from the Linux network stack. That's why I wanted to know how the rxerros and lostframes are counted. Because in other places (like ethtool info) there are no any issues. And the Ethercat device works fine. And it also strange that on the second ethernet port with a different HW and driver Ethercat works better, but still time to time gets such errors.

My setup: Codesys v3.5sp18 Raspberry Pi 4 CODESYS Control for Raspberry Pi SL, using demo license. Zero axes (only using the interpolator).
