I am having some trouble showing the current recipe name in visualization i am not using the RecipeManCommands i am using the inbuild visualization feature of Saving and Loading recipes. I need it so the user would have a track on which recipe is being used currently.

I am struggling with this issue right now (again). I have nested structures with configurable array sizes. In the past I ever used parameter list. Very easy way! As of now I cannot find any solution. Ridiculous that they deprecated it without an alternative solution.

Hi, I imported an old project created with version 3.51.20.50 into the new version 3.51.21.20. I'm using ModbusFB.ClientTCP v4.5.0.0. Strangely, I can no longer download the project due to a licensing issue I didn't have before. The number of Modbus channels has gone from 1 to 54!, and there's no license that would work. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? Thanks Sandro

Is there a way to have both a Public No Login Screens with Screens that do require login and File Transfer? My Idea is to have the default page be View Only with a Login Button in the Corner and then Once Logged In you can change settings and download files depending on your user group.

I have exactly the same problem and tried entering “ForceIecFilePath=0” in the file “CODESYSControl.cfg” ([SysFile]). Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful. Ok, this is how I made a numeric text field: use a Text Field properties -> Texts -> Text := %f (or %d or whatever you need) properties -> Text variables -> Text variable := (your numeric variable) properties -> Input configuration -> OnMouseDown -> Configure: Write Variable Input type := VisuDialogs.Numpad Use another variable (your numeric variable) Min val Max val etc. Please tell me there is an easier way to do this.

You can change the node id by adding the following to /etc/CODESYSControl.cfg: [CmpOPCUAProviderIecVarAccess] CustomNodeName=MyPLC123 Then restart the runtime and the new Node name will appear with the connection. I don't know if it's possible to remove the |var| from the name. I hope this helps!

pretty sure its not. ive done a cross reference and only have one write that sets it to true. Only way i can stop it is to remove the function block call from the main pou that is running said case. its got me stumped:/

Hello TCIS_Send needs to be longer than 4 bytes because idata is 28 bytes long. There may be other ways, but I would make a UNION with string/array of bytes. Write your STRING into the AsString part then copy the AsBytes part into TCIS_Send (Elements [3] to [30]) then 252 would be in [31] (I've assumed the idata is always the same length)

I stopped the simulation and tried to rebuild. "Cloned Task0.task0. Priority already in use" error was shown after rebuilding. I used Build-Clean All option and rebuilt again. Now the logic started working. But I am not still sure what caused the error in first place. If somebody knows about this error, please enlighten me. Thanks svn

Function blocks in a SFC are executed left to right, top to bottom, instructions in ST are executed from left to right top to bottom as well. I think you are asking about the execution of POUs although you use the name function block, I believe POUs are executed in the order they are shown under the main task.

Ich bin leider auch über den Fehler gestolpert, aber selbst in Version 3.5.19.50 ist dieser noch enthalten. Bis 3.5.19.20 kann ich meine Programme noch nutzen. Ab 3.5.19.30 ist der Fehler anscheinend vorhanden. Ich habe leider auch schon einen Haufen Programme mit meiner Library erstellt, somit wäre ein umbenennen nur mit sehr viel aufwand möglich.

It will be a reference, because it's a VAR_IN_OUT. it's a little weird debugging the array online. It just shows as a POINTER TO INT, and you can't actually see the array from the function side. But you can still work with it as a normal array, not a pointer.

I'm Having the same issue. If I highlight PLC Logic and import it erases everything else and replaces the Task config. If I highlight the Application I get the same result. Simple manual fix is click and drag the task config onto the origional Application, and delete the second one. Easy fix but not the expected result of importing task config.

If you add any device to the CANOpen Manager it will send messages to verify the device is on the network. Do you have the Enable expert settings check box checked in the General tab? have you added any SDOs in the SDOs tab? I avoid using the CANOpen Manager and just use the CAN_Tx and CAN_Rx blocks from the library.
