Hello, Recently I was trying to run 6DOF robot in codesys via SMC_Trafo_ArticulatedRobot_6DOF, unfortunately no matter what parameters I tried, it always outputs InvalidConfig Error. I saw the same issue in a topic: https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Motion/thread/16e1f0327f/ But if I understand correctly, the user solved it by developing his own version of this block. I wanted to know if it is a bug in the library (SM3_CNC 4.20.0.0) or am I doing something wrong? Can anyone confirm that they can use the FB without it reporing the Error? Kind regards,

Hi jgalaska, the parameters and their valid ranges are described here (0). In particular, the parameter d1 must be non-positive (<= 0). Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich die gleichen Probleme habe. Aber auch erst neuerdings. Zuerst kam auch die Meldung mit dem falschen Versionsprofil. Habe jetzt schon mehrere Sachen versucht Neuinstallation / Reparatur. Alles deinstalliert. Leider hat das bei mir noch nicht geholfen. Codesys läuft unendlich langsam - immer wieder keine Rückmeldung.

ich hab da noch eine Frage zu diesem Thema, wenn in [SysFile] PlaceholderFilePath.1=/tmp, $TMP$ z.B /home/pi angegeben wird gilt das dann auch für die darunterliegenden Unterverzeichnisse z.B. /home/pi/MSG oder müssen diese immer separat angegeben werden? und was bedeutet das , $TMP$

Hallo, hier in diesem Beispiel ist $Download$ ein Platzhalter für den kompletten Pfad /home/pi/Downloads/ auf dem Zielsystem, wo die SoftPlc läuft. In der SoftPlc gibt man dann als Dateipfad und Dateiname wie folgt an : '$$Download$$/Datei.txt' Die Datei Datei.txt wird dann auf dem Zielsystem unter /home/pi/Downloads/ angelegt. Pfade darunter werden auch angelegt, z.Bsp.: '$$Download$$/Ordner1/Datei.txt' Beispiel des Platzhalters: [SysFile] PlaceholderFilePath.2=/home/pi/Downloads/, $Download$

Hello, I’m encountering the same issue. I only receive these errors when downloading to the PLC—there are no errors during the build—after upgrading to CODESYS 3.5.21.10. Goodmorning, The projects we have made (with several persons) are in differents versions, Codesys V3.5 sp18 patch4, V3.5 sp19 patch 2, V3,5 sp19 patch 5 etc V3.5 sp21 patch 3 etc.. Now when we're opening an project thats's not opend before on my pc and we're not sure in witch version it's made it's quite annoying. We don't want to update to the newest version. Is there a way that it's automatic opening the correct version? Is there a program/tool/easy way to do this? Thanks,

Hi all, for a new project I'm looking for a redundant controller with EtherCAT fieldbus I/O. Actually I'm using Beckhoff and it works great! but there's not a solid redundancy yet... Does someone get experience for industrial application (not raspberry) for a redundant Codesys system? If yes please share some info (CPU / OS type, bus, number of managed I/O,... and especially feeling feedback (stability, bugs, performance)... Every suggestion is kindly appreciated!! Fabrizio

Did you check the communication with a sniffer ? (ex. Wireshark) to check if the holding get to zero by a wrong writing (client initialization?) o something else?

I am using a WAGO PFC200 PLC as an etherCAT master and a Keyence IV3-G120 with DL-EC1A attached as an etherCAT slave. I am using CODESYS V3.5 SP21 Patch 3. I was able to set up mailbox communication and can see values changing accordingly, but I want to know how I can map these values and reference them in my program. I am able to map the process data objects in the 'EtherCAT I/O Mapping' tab, but there is no where to map the mailbox values in the 'CoE Online' tab. Is there a way I can reference one of these values in my code?
