since 3.5.20.10 version you should find it here: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\CODESYS\xxxxxxxx (64Bit) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\CODESYS\xxxxxxxx (32Bit) you need to have admin rights.

Hi, I was trying to figure out how to correctly handle system exceptions in a CODESYS project, but either the documentation falls short, or I'm unable to find the proper docs. I know I can register a function as an exception handler via Task Configuration > System Events > Add Event Handler, which will create a function with the correct interface; I am, however, unable to figure out what the returned DWORD is supposed to be, if anything. Is the interface for the exception handler documented and, if so, where can I find it?

In the CODESYS Ladder Logic editor, there's a really practical feature available while logged in (online) to the PLC: for an existing function block (e.g. TON or MC_MoveAbsolute), double-clicking on an unconnected input pin directly opens a value entry window right in the editor — with no need to assign any variable — and you can type a value directly. Likewise, if the input pin is of an ENUM or STRUCT type, it lets you pick a value of that type straight from a dropdown list. It also doesn't require assigning a variable or adding it to a watch list, etc. Unfortunately, in the CFC editor you can't write values directly to those unconnected input pins the way you can in Ladder — CFC only supports monitoring/display there. I wish this existing Ladder editor feature were also available in CFC — it would make the CFC editor far more usable. I think this would be a relatively small addition to the CFC editor, but it would make a real difference in daily commissioning and debugging work. It would be great to hear the development team's thoughts on whether this could be considered for a future release. Thanks in advance for reading!

Hello, i have a similar problem with this. Im using an EL6752 from Beckhoff DeviceNet Master and i dont have an EDS for the comms with the slave (EVO GT II Valve). In CODESYS they dont let me put a digital slave. My question, how can i add a slave in the EL6752 the Process data mapping to see values. I cant add a DeviceNet slave in the tree, thanks

Hi. When i scan for devices on the network i get names of the devices. Is there a command to get device name in my programm ? i found : DED.GetDeviceNameString( DED.GetRoot() ); but then i get his name in the programm. not his name in the network.

Mit viele ausprobieren habe ich es einkreisen können: Es scheint NICHT mit einer Variablen Deklaration zusammenzuhängen. Wenn ich einen Parallel-Zweig lösche ist der Fehler für den betroffenen Baustein weg. Nur ein einzelne Step ohen Aktion reicht für den Fehler. Schritt löschen reicht nicht. Zweig löschen und Schritt neu mache: Fehler scheint weg zu sein.... Da ich das öfters und in größeren Bausteinen habe, möchte ich es vermeiden es händisch zu löschen und neu zu erstellen. (Speziell mit dem komischen Editor..) Ist das eine Compiler Fehler? Gibt es sowas wie ein "Datenbank bereinigen" / ReOrganisieren? Sonstige Tipps? PS: Ist die 64-Bit Version. PSS: Auf ersten Blick scheint es mit der 32 Bit Version zu klappen...??
