Solved Not enough Payload Error by swapping the Device and Edge Payloads
Devices now have 39 metrics while the Edge only has 6 (5 + 1 property)

Refactored the example to utilise the new split libraries.
Changed the Edges Applications to set DeviceHealth default to FALSE as TRUE will trigger rebirths.
This issue still needs adressing.
