CODESYS 4 Linux

- kill xvfb instead of terminating. Otherwhise docker hangs for some reasons (The xvfb handling is not that clean, yet ;) )

- cleaned docker file and upgraded it to buster
- added xvfb to install2 to allow silent installation with new dotnet46 and winetricks
- removed vcrun installations, as those are only necessary with install.sh to satisfy the CODESYS setup

- prepared CODESYS start script for new profile names (*.profile.xml)
- added prerequisit check for msiextract

- added new (much, much, much simplified) install routine
actually I am copying the data from the installer simply in the right place ;)
- fixed bug in codesys starter

[#13] Code is not extracted for most projects
- fixed problem which mainly existed when there was no subfolder, but only one top-level package
was generated fully automatically. Then the build-package step failed, which stopped the rest

- updated container to SP15
- inserted dummy call, as the first codesys script call is never successfull
- disabled copying of the artifacts (wrong level)

- prepare IDE to be used in a productive setup
- moved the xinetd playground to an own image

Added xinetd vnc service to start CODESYS.
A headless service (also via xinetd) for automated builds is still missing.

Cleaned up Dockerfile. Added install.sh to same repository.
