fixed handling of codesyscontrol script of subdirectories
Implemented unit testing against CODESYS Linux SL runtime. Improved moduletests and fixed everything on the way.
- support for CODESYS Linux SL inside of this container - goal: support simulation of CODESYS applications inside of this image
