I've got it running again! For testing I've extendet the g_udiMaxPacketSize from 6000 to 100000 and g_udiMaxPayloadSize from 4096 to 80000 After it does run again! Thank you very much for your help!

Okay, i've extendet ist from 6000 to 20000, but the error is still present :-(

Im running again. I did a firmware update and Runtime update -> PFC200 is online again Thank you very much

This is: 02.04.22(06) As I do see now, minimal Version is 17, but why did my Controller work with Runtime 4.8.0.0 (Which was the last installed When I remember correctly)

Thank you very much so far - As I finaly decided to make an update on the PFC200 - as I've to get it up and running again. But something failed there and no I'm having an other Problem :-( I'll come back to this, when the error comes back!

In my Router I can see it, I cann SSH into the PFC200 but it is not reachable. I've post the Versions in the Attachments. It seems with htop, that there is a very high CPU Load. In the Log I can see nothing, as mentioned above I've to restart the PLC with Power off/on and the log in codesys was deleted. Or what do you mean with plclogger?

Hello, my PFC200 has run for a few month now without problems. But now it freezed 2 times a day. LEDs were green but the PLC was not reachable. After power off -> on. I found that the MQTT had an error: MAX_RECEIVE_BUFFER_SIZE_EXCEEDED. And MQTT hadn't reconnect since then. I tried a cold and a warm reset but nothing helped. How can I solve this? Regards, Paul

Hallo zusammen, nachdem meine SPS (PFC200) seit Monaten ohne Probleme läuft, ist sie heute 2 mal "eingefroren". Erst nach Strom weg, start und Reset geht sie zwar wieder, habe jetzt aber festgestellt, dass MQTT nicht geht. Als Fehler bekomme ich folgendes: MAX_RECEIVE_BUFFER_SIZE_EXCEEDED Wie kriege ich das wieder weg? Ein Warm/Kalt-Reset bringt auch nichts... Kann mir da jemand einen Tipp geben? Vielen Dank im Voraus!

Wenn du mit Ethernet verbunden ist, ist die 192.168.1.200 die richtige. Bei Windows musst du nur noch (je nach installationsart und Broker), falls nicht entsprechend konfiguriert den Broker im Terminal manuell starten mit: "start mosquitto"

Was war es denn? Als Host gibst du die IP-Adresse vom MQTT-Broker an.

Ruf die Instanz mal auf und beleg mal die Eingänge (Ähnlich wie bei mir). Die Lizenz übertragen kannst du über das Menü, ich bin grad nicht zu Hause und kann deswegen nicht genau nachschauen.

Ich nutze das TLS nicht und lasse es deswegen weg. Und hatte deswegen wahrscheinlich auch nicht diese Fehlermeldung. Bei mir war nur das Problem das ich zu doof war, die Lizenz auf die Steuerung zu übertragen.

Nachdem ich alles mögliche versucht habe, bekomme ich jetzt die Meldung 31: Invalid License. Warum habe ich auf einmal keine Lizenz mehr für die Bibliothek? ICh habe die ja gekauft und installiert, habe aber nicht wie für die PFC200 eine Lizenzdatei bekommen. Wie kann ich die Lizenz aktivieren?

Hallo, ich habe schon vor einiger Zeit die MQTT Bibliothek von 3S gekauft und auch erfolgreich inbetrieb genommen. Nach Ca. 2 Wochen war die Verbindung auf einmal weg. Der Server sitzt auf einem Raspberry und funktioniert, da ich mich mit anderen Clients verbinden und auch Daten senden kann. Nur der PFC200 kann sich nicht verbinden, der Ausgang xError wird gesetzt, aber am Enum wird keine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben. Würde mich sehr über etwas Hilfe freuen, habe schon den Server deinstalliert und neuinstalliert,...

So, jetzt geht es auf einmal wieder... Hä? Ich habe im Projekt auf einen rechtsklick auf Device gemacht und dann auf "Reset Ursprung Gerät(Device)" Dann hat die SystemLED angefangen zu blinken und ich konnte die Bootaplikation auf einmal laden. Ich hatte vorher schon alle möglich resets gemacht die man so im Handbuch findet. Hat nichts funktioniert auch keine Update - aber das ging komischer Weise... Ich hoffe das bleibt jetzt auch so... Vielen Dank trotzdem für die Hilfe!

Hallo, bis vorhin hat alles ganz normal geklappt und funktioniert. Dann habe ich eine Programmänderung gemacht, welche mit einem Compilererror abgebrochen ist, seit dem kann ich nichts mehr auf die Steuerung laden. Wenn ich mich versuche einzuloggen, sagt der erst, dass die Applikation nicht auf dem Gerät existiert (vorher war aber ein Programm drauf, welches auch gelaufen hat). Dann bleibt der im "Sende Downloadinformationen" hängen und bricht dann mit Netzwerkfehler ab. Ich komme aber ganz normal...
