Hallo Forumsgemeinde, ich stehe vor einem Problemchen wo ich keine Lösung finde. Folgendes: wir haben ein HMI an einer Mobilen Arbeitsmaschine wo sämtliche Fehler in der SPS (nicht im HMI) resettiert werden und im HMI alle als "REP" definiert sind, also selbstresetierend wenn das "Auslösesignal" entfernt wird. Soweit so gut. Nun wenn der Kunde die Maschine mit einem Aktiven Alarm ausschaltet, auch das HMI, bleiben die Fehler in der Historie als aktiv hinterlegt. Es gibt hierzu keine möglichkeit diese...

Hi, jain. wir haben mit IFM gesprochen. Sie sagen es liegt an Codesys selbst. Die Daten seien anscheinend nicht konsistent wenn das Projekt zu und erneut geöffnet wird, sei ein probkem von SP11. IFM wird im Sommer ein neues Package rausgeben wo sie auf eine neue CS Version wechseln, dort soll das Problem dann behoben sein. Wir haben zwar einen Workaround rausgefunden aber jenachdem was du in der Safety treibst geht dieser dann nicht mehr. schreib mir zur not eine PN wenn du mehr wissen willst.

Hallo, wir sind etwas Ratlos mit der Handhabung der EVL/EVCs in Verbindung mit IFM CR7xxs Steuerungen. Uns ist aufgefallen, bzw. schon mehrfach passiert, dass ein Programmierer ein Projekt fertig stellt, dieses auf Freigegeben stellt und abschließt. Wenn ein zweiter Programmierer das Projekt öffnet und sich in die Steuerung einloggen möchte ist dies nicht möglich ohne Download. Es wird dann immer angezeigt, dass sich die EVC geändert haben obwohl im Programm nichts verändert wurde. Gibt es eine Einstellung...

Hallo Forums Gemeinde, hat jemand von euch eine Idde ob und wie es möglich sein könnte die Einstellungen was für die Netzwerk variablen Liste nötig sind, also Broadcast IP, Port usw., über die Application einzustellen? Ich müsste je nach Projekt immer die IP anpassen, da auf den Anlagen die Software Identisch bleibt, wäre es für mich viel einfache diese Einstellungen über den Code einzustellen. Wenn man so im Forum sucht gibt es nicht viel was NetVar angeht... Grüße Andy

Hi Edwin, also with putting in the IP directly won´t work. The Device is Pingable, but Codesys can´t find and connect. I Attach my routing Table. Where the x.x.1.5 is the TTC, the x.x.255.0 is the VPN IPnet, the 10.0.0.0 is the Wired WAN net. I tried a Connection with the Hercules Tool with Port 1217 (TCP + UDP), the Port are not locked and the Messages passes well in both directions. Are you shure that a Missing Default GW on the TTC won´t affect this problem?

I have a similar problem with a TTC580. The TTC is connected by a router over a VPN where i made an iroute to the net of the TTC. By scanning the Net of the TTC I can't find the device. I use Codesys SP10 as recommanded by TTcontrol. I tried also with the 3.5.16.x edge Gateway without success. Any ideas? The Device don't has a default Gateway set on it (is not implemented). Don't know if can cause this the problem?

May i am a little late... Start the PLC in the Bootloader mode with the TTC-Downloader. Click Connect in the TTC Software, if you see the Message Box to Perform the power cycle, plugin and the see the Magic. Or Connect the Out +5v1 and +5v2 to ground, so the Device Boots in Bootloader Mode with Default IP and Default Settings. No Application will start with the 2 Wires to ground. Then erase your Application with the Downloader.

Hallo, ich stehe vor einem verwunderlichen Problem... Ich würde gerne die größe einer Globalen Variablenliste wissen, mit SIZEOF geht das ja nicht, da meckert es beim Übersetzen. Nun dachte ich mir,ich deklariere mir in der Liste am Anfang und am Ende eine Variabel die ich dann mit der Adresse verrechne. size:=ADR(Global.last) - ADR(Global.first); Klappt soweit recht gut auf einer IFM PLC, bekomme da die richtige Größe angegeben. Aber wenn ich das spielchen auf ein HMI mit Linux darunter mache, bekomme...

Hy Folks, may some has an idea if is possible to change the NetVar Settings, IP an Port for example, by/over the application? My problem is: I have more than one machinery where the software is on all the same, but only the IP Settings for the NetVar changes. would be nice if I can set this settings with PersistentVars over the Application. This whould help by one Var. If I have a Structure or a PersistentVars list is not verry usefull. I think... If I use this method I have to type every Variable on it? Nothing dynamicaly.

Hello, I need to access to the Declared Variable Name of Codesys but don´t know how. Have someone done this or know how to do? Why? I will realice a mode to handle My PersistentVars. So I can get the Declared Names to show this in a third Party Software to read and write the Parameters. (The communication between PLC and Third Party Programm is made and works fine). At the moment I need to have an matching Textlist on the Third Programm. I don´t like this mode, is not really flexible. Thanks fpr...

Hallo, Ich habe eine blöde Frage: kann man zwei Pointer Arrays einfach so kopieren ohne eine Speicherverletzung zu verursachen? var B1 : pointer to array [0..10] of byte; B2 : pointer to array [0..10] of byte; end_var //Code b1^:=b2^; Ich kenne das eigentlich nur mit einer FOR Schleife oder mit der memcpy Funktion (was dann auch eine Schleife sein wird?). Die beiden Arrays sind gleich groß und es werden immer die gleiche Anzahl an Bytes kopiert. Habe in meinem Projekt relativ viele Array kopierereien...

Hallo, hätte noch eine Frage bezüglich Gateway in der letzten Version. Wurde es behoben dass das Gateway nur mit CAN0 im Linux läuft? Ich hatte mal einen Post gemacht (war noch vor umstellen des Forums) wo dies nicht möglich war. Bekomme dies aber mit der Aktuellen Version auch nicht ans laufen; habe CAN1 und CAN2 am Device, wenn diese umgestellt werden auf CAN0 und CAN1 läuft es auf anhieb mit CAN0.

Hy, with the TTC580 you need to communicate with Ethernet. I don´t remember that you can flash the Application over CAN by the 580? We use the TTC540 without Ethernet and I can confirm that works fine with the Peak with the same settings above.
