I had to install raspberry pi package ver 4.2.0.0 and I had the same issue. Solved by using 'CODESYS installer' instead of Package Manager. Thank you @eschwellinger
Frequently the codesyscontrol service exits apparently without reason. Tried to check in the /tmp/codesyscontrol.log but found nothing. Start to notify issues when visu shows "waiting for app" message and red cycling arrows, but the Plc is still working, after some minutes the plc stops too. Raspberry is still working.
