Hi All, I use the analysis page in automation server to capture historical trends from my PLC - i only sample one point per hour but it does the job (for now) One issue I have is I often log on to analysis page to find the system has stopped recording trends from my PLC. To fix this, I need to choose "state information" in the "List view" under PLC and click "Reconnect" When I do this I see my variables listed under "parameters" under "PLC Details" start updating again and the trend in Data analyzer...

Hi all, I have a raspberry pi deployed in the field which is sending MQTT data to AWS using the AWS IoT Core Client SL (1.1.0.0) library. For most of the time, this seems to work quite well, but occasionally, the AWSIotClient_0.eError gets a value of "2" which indicates a TCP_READ_ERROR. I am trying to understand what makes this happen, and if there is anything I can do to mitigate, was wondering if anyone has come across this before and if so, what they did to rectify? Thanks for your reply, Yes the Gateway status icon always appears to stay green, regardless of whether the ethernet cable is connected or not, I guess that suggests the edge gateway on the Pi is using the wwan0 interface.... But, when I look in "list view", the status icon of the device changes to a red exclamation mark within a circle when i disconnect ethernet cable and I can no longer connect to the device via Codesys IDE. This icon changes back to the debug icon when i reconnect the ethernet...

Hi all, I have a raspberry-pi with an ethernet network interface (eth0) and a 4g modem interface (wwan0) When I have an ethernet cable connected to eth0, I am able to connect to the codesys soft PLC running on the pi via the Codesys automation server. But, when I disconnect the ethernet cable,CAS reports my Pi is no longer connected to the Automation server. (But the pi still has internet access via the wwan0 interface, i can ping external IP's and hit web pages from the terminal...) I was wondering,...
