We've been experiencing an issue through SP18, SP19 and now SP20 where the Persistence Variables do not retain if we upload our program via a Boot Application. If we use the exact same program, and perform a Direct Upload via the Laptop and Ethernet connection, the Persistence Variables work exactly as expected. I have submitted 2 bug support tickets but I haven't had a response back from Codesys. Has anybody experienced the same issues and discovered a workaround? We have a requirement to utilise...

I am using V3.5 SP18 Patch 5. I have noticed that when I Create a Boot Application from CODESYS, and upload this to my PLC via a USB stick the AC_Persistence does not work and none of my values that are in my PersistenceChannel are retained. However, if I connect direct to my PLC and I perform a direct download of my CODESYS program, my values that are in my PersistenceChannel are retained and work as they should. Hi Community, I'm hoping to tap into some of your Codesys expertise. I have a 4-20mA analog input being source generated and i've managed to IO map it to read A value on codesys. I've gone online and connected Codesys to my Device and I can see a snapshot of what the value once was set to, but it doesn't seem to change in real time. I'd like to be able to watch the program, and see the value change within Codesys when i'm changing it out in the field (via a source generator). In simple terms, I want...
