Fatal Error when installing Wago CoDeSys version V2.3.9.61. The active Wagio programm on the Windows 10 Laptop is V2.3.9.49 (22 Nov 2015). The error message is: "An installation support file could not be installed" Fatal Error.
Are there customers which have had the same Error and what can I do so the V2.3.9.61 will be installed correctly?

For some reason the installation information in C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information{07976ABB-1EBD-4A65-A7C7-155A0DC17173} was broken.
Please delete this key (or renamed it). This means that CODESYS can no longer be uninstalled, but a new setup will be successful. The installation directory of the old version must then either be deleted or renamed or a different directory must be selected for the new installation.
