I installed the CSV utility for Codesys but I'm getting a missing license for library in the Library manager after adding it. I found some articles talking about a USB dongle that needs to be plugged into the PC. Is there a way to activate this license without doing this?

Which version are you using?
Current version needs the license in the plc I would asume your version is old.
