Hi,
all these problems happen because on installation of 3.5SP17
there are some packages randomly fail to install.(Even worse there is no feedback that they have failed)
At the moment the only recommendation we could give is:
Disable your Antivir programm while installing CODESYS and select a full/complete installation.
After succesful installation it must be the same CODESYS than SP16 - no parts missing - mo red cross on missing parts!
We work on a solution for this with, sorry we deeply apologize for the inconvenience these
problems cause on your side.

Thank you very much Edwin. I have repair installation of codesys, it's ok now.
