This seems like a pretty basic question but I cannot find any documentation or application notes on the topic.
How can I perform field update of units without using the Codesys software?
Is there a simpler upload software package, or can I use FTP, to upload a new boot app to the unit?
In my exeperience, uploading a new .app to the PlcLogic folder using FTP sometimes doesnt work, and sometimes it erases my persistent values. What am I doing wrong?
