sure stucks in Communication state 80 which means - no stable distributed clock sync - due the fact taht Control Win is not capable to do this (no hard realtime)
You need to switch to Control RTE as plc.

yes download Control RTE from CODESYS store. Maybe install it on an different pc, because it needs an exclusive CPU core to run.
