For anyone reading this after the fact, it seems my issue was Alarm Task Manager. Deleting it from my program fixed the issue.

I’m operating with CODESYS in a 64-bit configuration and the Test Manager at version 5.1.0.0, where I’m attempting to use project scripts from an earlier version.
