Hello everyone, following corrupted data on the SD card of our Pi3B+ provided with a machine, we reinstalled a CODESYS image for Raspberry Pi, but we cannot find the 4.9.0.0 runtime that is compatible with the project. Currently, the machine is on 4.1.0.0, and we tried a more recent version 4.13.0.0, but there are error messages. Thanks in advance.

I wonder why there are different statements regarding the suitability in virtual machines and if the jitter would be reduced by installing CODESYS runtime on the host installing CDS runtime on the host and using a preemptive kernel (if available for the PROXMOX installation leaving CDS runtime where it is (on the virtualized debian machine) and install a preemptive kernel on the host and on the guest... hi! im planning a project on a raspberry with Codesys. For this I'll need a number of relays to control heating and fans, all a max of 24v and about 2a. How would i know if the board / relays i buy will be working with Codesys? Does every hat work or does it need a library/driver? is there a list of drivers/libraries created? as this is a hobby project all tips on a relay board or single boards that works with codesys and not to expensive are very welcome.

I'm trying to load a .package into Codesys 3.5.21, but the package is intended to only work with Codesys 3.5.18.0 and is configured with dependencies on the specific versions of other packages included with 3.5.18.0, and 21 has newer versions so the package will not install. I would like to install the package anyway to try and get things working on a newer Codesys version, since for some reason the installer for .18 errors out and doesn't fully work in my environment, but .21 seems to work fine.

Using codesys v3.5 SP21 Patch 1. We are using Visualization to display alarms. Other then the automatically created AlarmManagerTask, there is no code written to call AlarmStorage_Prg. Hallo zusammen, ich hab ein kleines Problem bei einer Modbus TCP-Verbindung von meinem RaspberryPi (ML) zu einem Fronius Wechselrichter. Ich habe mir die CodeSys Version 3.5SP20 heruntergeladen und die Runtime auf dem RaspberryPi mit aktualisiert. Gerät ist ein Fronius Symo 6.0-3-M Folgende Konfiguration habe ich im Wechselrichter (Siehe Bilder). Laut Registertabelle fangen die Daten bei Adresse 40001 an und gehen im Modus int+SF bis 40120 Ich habe mir also im Ethernet-Adapter einen Modubus Master und darunter einen ModbusSlave angelegt. Der Slave (Fronius) hat bei mir die IP 192.168.2.46 dazu UnitID und Port. Ich habe dann einen Kanal mit den 120 WORDS und dem OFFSET angelegt. Wenn ich nun die Konfiguration übertrage , scheint erst mal alles zu passen.. aber es flackert immer wieder ein Fehler beim Slave auf (kann nicht erkennen welcher und finde auch keine Diagnose). Es werden auch keine Daten übertragen. Alles bleibt auf 0. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich noch eine weiter Modbus TCP Verbindung zu einer anderen SPS habe. Die funktioniert wunderbar. Normalerweise sollten ja auch mehrere Verbindungen gleichzeitig möglich sein oder? Wäre top, wenn ihr mir helfen könntet, den Fehler zu finden. LG Chris

So I am basically using IoDrvEthernet library to use UpdateConfiguredIPSettings function but I am getting constantly the 'INVALID_STATE' error. Hi, in my experience, the best options for such a case could be: 1. Pass a FunctionBlock via VAR_IN_OUT, containing all variables, mehods and properties needed for the logic of this graphic element (be aware of implementing correcly both get and set accessor for properties) 2. Pass an Interface via VAR_INPUT, of which you can use obviously only Properties and Methods. This is much more elegant for me. Here, you can just pass directly the instance of a FunctionBlock implementing such Interface as input. Hope you'll find this suggestions useful.

I have two ethernet Ip drives and created Function Blocks for different motions tasks. I am using same FB for both the drives. When I try to execute the relative move start command on FB for both the drives it is not working. However, if I add 1ms second delay between the execution of each drive it is working. Also when I change the rung order it is working for the first drive in the rung. what could be the wrong here?

For Raspberry Pi I have made a python script which regularly read a bulk of data over the ic2 from a device. Sometimes I get an Exception an IOError. I assume similar things can happen in CODESYS. So how does CODESYS handle that? Can I get any info about such an event?

Can We get this information in codesys devlopment software. code size is approx 5 mb, 1 instance of etharcat master and aproox 100 variables in visaualization.
