Hallo Zusammen, ich muss ein Projekt von Sp16P4 auf SP21 portieren, einige FBs wurden damals in FUP und KOP erstellt. Zu meiner großen Verwunderung gab es beim kopieren/einfügen eine Fehlermeldung. Jetzt wollte ich in KOP einen leeren FB erstellen, aber es gibt bei mir im Auswahlmenü weder KOP noch FUP. Gibt es eine Erweiterung, welche ich installieren muss? Konnte dazu nichts finden. I tried with Administrator/Administrator and some other defaults I found online but nothing works. I also tried searching for CODESYSControl_User.cfg and many other recommended directories but I dont seem to have any of them (like CODESYSControlWinV3x64) Could you please help me understand what I need to reset? Hello, Recently I was trying to run 6DOF robot in codesys via SMC_Trafo_ArticulatedRobot_6DOF, unfortunately no matter what parameters I tried, it always outputs InvalidConfig Error. I saw the same issue in a topic: https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Motion/thread/16e1f0327f/ But if I understand correctly, the user solved it by developing his own version of this block. I wanted to know if it is a bug in the library (SM3_CNC 4.20.0.0) or am I doing something wrong? Can anyone confirm that they can use the FB without it reporing the Error? Kind regards,

I have defined my inputs as real as and the output is also real, but to send this output via modbus it has to be of word. So how will i convert real into word and then send the generated output via modbus?

Guten Tag, irgendwas ist hier im Argen, die Status werden nicht richtig angezeigt. Im Bild im Anhang wird die Variable in Zeile 16 CollectiveAlarm auf false gesetzt, es wird aber true angezeigt. In Zeile 17 frage ich testweise den Status nochmals ab, der ist auch false, obwohl die Variable CollectiveAlarm noch immer true anzeigt. Was kann hier die Ursache sein? Gibt es einen Beobachtungszeitpunkt, wann die Werte abgefragt werden?

Hello, im using dynamic memory allocation with the NEW()-operator. When i instanciate a class with the NEW()-operator and want to debug/watch the interface of the class, the watch is only showing "Hidden Instance" (See attached screenshot). Hello, Im using SMC_NCInterpreter and SMC_NCReadFile2 to read gcode program for CNC machine and what I have observed is that G51 and G52 is not smoothing the path. Machine stops in every point, what could I do to make machine pass through the points without stopping or what could allow me to use smooth path corretly if I use NCInterpreter. Im using it because I want to add variables to my gcode and its not possible directly from the CNC editor thats why I do use external file. Any ideas?

Because codesys dont has a draw command like Circle in Qbasic ( 20 years ago ) i want to draw 1000 nails, and then move them in the screen when they needed. I dont know if codesys can handle this. Aber wenn es um die praktische Umsetzung geht, und man damit die Aufgabe "schicke Daten von A nach B" lösen möchte, trifft man unvermutet auf den Endgegner. I am attempting to install CODESYS 3.5.22.20 and the installer gets stuck at "Install Package CODESYS Compatibility Package 3.5.17.20" every single time. I've tried reinstalling the software multiple times and the same issue persists. I've tried running the installer as an administrator and even turned off my virus protection and the same issue persists. I've attached a photo for reference. Has anyone run into this issue before or have any idea what I can do to complete the install?

Hi alex-n, are there any errors before the crash happens: MC_Phasing.Error, MC_Phasing.CommandAborted, what does the PLC log show before the crash? Does one of the drives show an error? You can achieve the same effect as MC_Phasing by using MC_GearIn and MC_MoveSuperImposed. But probably there is some problem in your application independent of MC_Phasing that can lead to the crash. Updated the Codesys Safety SIL2 package from v3.5.18.1 to v3.5.22.10 Codesys Version 64 3.5.18.0 After the update the assignment of variables from different VarGlobal lists was unstable. Selecting one group could cause another group to be deselected after code generation. I was unable to perform a compilation were all variables maintained the selection after code generation. Rolled back to the older version and the issue seem to be mostly solved.
