Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich die gleichen Probleme habe. Aber auch erst neuerdings. Zuerst kam auch die Meldung mit dem falschen Versionsprofil. Habe jetzt schon mehrere Sachen versucht Neuinstallation / Reparatur. Alles deinstalliert. Leider hat das bei mir noch nicht geholfen. Codesys läuft unendlich langsam - immer wieder keine Rückmeldung.

Fur ein jahr ein webclient lisence gekauft. Aber immer funktioniert es noch nich. Mach ik es auf internet bekomme ich daten. Aber mit codesys bekomme ich - Query fehler ... - ein switch die abschalt - oder den controller hangt mal wieder Hat eine dar erfahrung? Kan ich in den FB sehen was da pasiert ?

Hallo, ich müsste alrMin von 1 auf 0.1 und alrMax von 2 auf 9 ändern ... im Programm von Codesys funktioniert aktuell nur die Änderung des alrPWM ... den kann ich von 0 auf 0.5 beim Start setzen lassen . Wie kann ich also alrMin und Max auch beim Start ... oder fest in den Grundeinstellungen ändern?

Hallo, bisher war die Benutzung der Symbolkonfiguration für die OPC-UA Variablen recht easy einsetzbar. Im UAExpert Tool konnte man im Klarnamen den String sehen. var1 = client.get_node("ns=4;s=|var|WAGO 750-8212 PFC200 G2 2ETH RS.Application.PLC_PRG.fbTest.StateActual") Die Anbindung an die Python opcua Library hat so eigentlich gut funktioniert. Auch zum debuggen im UAExptert, konnte man den Value so sehen wie die Varibale heißt. In meinem Fall ein Enum. Was seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr funktionier ist das eingeben von Enums. Im UAExpert kommt die Fehlermeldung "BadTypeMismatch" früher war das nicht der Fall. Da die Symbolkonfiguration demnächst bei Codesys 3.5 rausfällt, wollte ich den Kommunikationsverwalter nutzen. Jetzt schaut der String mit der Node ID komplett anders aus. Bsp.: NS5|Opaque|0x01000000A6E12A718AF7333ABAFA2D7686EF27669CF33071C7D034759DE601779DF62178E9 Hier sieht man den Value gar nicht mehr im UA Expert. In Python finde ich auch keine Möglichkeit die OPC UA Variable einzulesen. Python: var1 = client.get_node("ns=5;s=|var|0x01000000A6E12A718AF7333ABAFA2D7686EF27669CF33071C7F016759BDC7114.PLC_PRG.fbTest.sVar_1") Weiß jemand wir das in Zukunft läuft? ich hab etwas das Gefühl, das die Übergeordneten Systeme die OPC UA Variablen nicht mehr so einfach einlesen können oder mache ich etwas falsch? Ich versuche, mit dem Funktionsbaustein XMLWriteAsync eine XML-Datei zu erstellen, aber die Datei wird nicht erzeugt, obwohl der Funktionsbaustein NO_ERROR meldet. Ich habe sowohl meinen eigenen Code als auch das CODESYS-Beispiel getestet, aber in beiden Fällen wird keine Datei geschrieben. Ich arbeite mit CODESYS Control Win V3 als SoftPLC unter Windows. Problem: • Der Funktionsbaustein XMLWriteAsync meldet NO_ERROR (keine Fehler in xError, eError, oder eLastError), aber die XML-Datei wird weder im angegebenen Pfad (C:\Users\tomgs\Documents\CodesysDataTest\xmltest.xml) noch im res/-Verzeichnis (wie im CODESYS-Beispiel verwendet) erstellt. • Das CODESYS-Beispiel mit res/xmltest.xml als Pfad funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. • Ich aktiviere xExecute manuell in der Online-Ansicht, und xDone wird TRUE, ohne dass xError ausgelöst wird. • Der Ordner C:\Users\tomgs\Documents\CodesysDataTest\ existiert, und ich habe Schreibrechte. • Ich habe auch alternative Pfade wie C:\Temp\xmltest.xml und res/xmltest.xml getestet, ohne Erfolg. Im Anhang das Beispiel von Codesys. Vielen Dank im Vorraus.

Aber ich scheitere schon an der Installation auf zwei PCs (Win10 / Win11). Problem wie im oberen Link, an beiden PCs, aber unterschiedliche Plug-Ins. Laut Installer sind die Pakete aber Installiert, wenn ich sie Deinstalliere kommen andere Meldungen :D... 3.5 19 habe ich auf Win 10 irgendwann immerhin mal zum Starten bekommen. Wenn ich dann an die Pakete mit den Paketmanager gehe, bekomme ich aber während der Installation auch immer die Fehlermeldung. Was kann da los sein? Ich versuche heute noch einen 3. PC, aber irgendwie ist das ja nicht die Lösung :(. Vor allem das es immer andere Plugins sind zwischen 3.5 19/21 und Win10/11. Also da ist irgendwie keine Richtung drin :(. Kann mir aber nicht vorstellen das dass die Regel ist, sondern ich vermute das ich da was falsch mache. Oder eine andere Abhängigkeit / Installation etwas zerschießt... Grüße Malte edit: auf einem frischen Win11 gehts, was ist mi Codesys da nicht in ordnung? edit2: Ok ich habe alles was mit C++ und Runtime war vorher Deinstalliert. Nach der Installation musste ich aber immer noch Plug-Ins korrigieren. Dann ist Codesys gestartet aber eingefroren. Geholfen hat dann noch das deinstalliere von CodeMaster.

Hallo Zusammen, ich arbeite aktuell an einer Applikation, bei der im OPC-UA-Server eines Geräts ein Methodenaufruf implementiert ist, der für die Ansteuerung des Geräts erforderlich ist. Meine Steuerung agiert in diesem Fall als OPC-UA-Client und kommuniziert mit dem entsprechenden Server. Mit der Software UaExpert oder über eine entsprechende Hochsprache lässt sich der Methodenaufruf problemlos ausführen. Die Umsetzung im IEC-Code in CODESYS ist wohl etwas komplexer, wie ich festgestellt habe. Ich habe aktuell folgende Dinge schon ausprobiert: Symbolkonfiguration Diese entfällt in meinem Fall, da die Symbolkonfiguration nur die Funktionalität für einen OPC-UA Server bereitstellt (Oder?). Da meine Steuerung als Client agiert, kann ich diese Funktion wohl nicht nutzen. Kommunikationsverwalter Diesen kann ich aktuell nur eingeschränkt nutzen, da der Gerätehersteller mit kein Offline-Informationsmodell zur Verfügung stellt / oder stellen möchte. Über das Standardinformationsmodell der OPC-UA-Foundation werden lediglich nur die digitale Signale integriert, jedoch nicht die Methodenaufrufe. CODESYS OPC-UA Client/Server API Hierzu existiert zwar ein Beispielprojekt von CODESYS, jedoch ist die Bibliotheksdokumentation doch sehr knapp gehalten. Für mich ist dies nur relativ schwer zu rekonstruieren. (Aber vielleicht ein Ansatz?) Hat von euch schon jemand Erfahrungen zu dieser Thematik gemacht? Oder ist die Funktionalität im OPC-UA-Stack von CODESYS derzeit noch nicht bzw. nur eingeschränkt implementiert? Hat hier jemand weitere Informationen oder Tipps für mich? Danke schonmal im Voraus!

...auch noch eine schöne Beschreibung zur Sysfile Konfiguration! Mit Version 3.5.19 wurde die Dateiverwaltung geändert. Siehe folgendes Problem: CDS-81506 – Sicherheitslücke im Dateizugriffssystem des CODESYS Control SysFile-Systems. Es gibt zwei Lösungen: Ändern Sie den Speicherort der Datei (Sie müssen zu /PlcLogic/ wechseln). Wenn Sie die Datei nicht in PlcLogic speichern möchten, fügen Sie die folgende Zeile in der CODESYSControl.cfg unter [SysFile] hinzu: ForceIecFilePath=0 Hier die offizielle Versionsbeschreibung: [[COMPATIBILITY_INFORMATION]] Durch die Aktivierung von ForceIecFilePath ist der Dateizugriff von IEC nun auf die konfigurierten Pfade beschränkt (Dateisandbox)! [SysFile] ForceIecFilePath=1 (neuer Standardwert) Der Standardpfad ist das aktuelle Verzeichnis, der PlcLogic-Unterordner oder ein konfigurierter Pfad. Jeder Dateizugriff außerhalb dieses Pfades wird über PlaceholderFilePath konfiguriert, beispielsweise der Zugriff auf temporäre Dateien oder Wechseldatenträger: [SysFile] PlaceholderFilePath.1=/tmp, $TMP$ PlaceholderFilePath.2=/media/usb, $USB$ PlaceholderFilePath.2.Volatile=1 Weitere Informationen finden Sie in unserem Tutorial „Dateipfade & Platzhalter“. Hallo zusammen, Ich mache +/- erste Schritte mit RaspberryPi und Codesys: tolle Sache! Ich habe Codesys V3.5 auf einem Raspberry Pi 4 am laufen. Ich würde damit gerne einen Profinet-Slave bedienen. Die Kommunikation läuft, nun habe ich das Problem dass ich nicht verstehe wie ich den PN-Task mit dem PLC task synchron halte: Ich muss dem Slave eine Parameter-ID übergeben und beim nächsten Zyklus die Antwort auslesen. Da es dann mehrere Parameter gibt die ich nur sequentiell auslesen kann benutze ich also einen Zähler der mir die ID's durchstept. Aktuell sieht es aus als ob dieser Zähler schneller inkrementiert als der Slave antwortet (ich habe z.Bsp. 5 Parameter, diese zeigen dann alle das gleiche oder springen zwischen den Parametern). Also kurz gesagt ich muss sicherstellen dass die Datenbytes vom Slave zur gesetzten Parameter-ID passen... Ich wäre froh um ein paar Tipps! Herzlichen Dank! Grüsse, Stephan A. Wicki

Hi, We are working to provide our customers with CODESYS operation on our hardware product ( https://elprotech.com/product/el-qe-e-quantum-edge-series/ ). I'm trying to enable a CODESYS license (Soft container) on our product running ARM64 linux. This problem am having looks similar to here: https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Runtime/thread/6d29b6b4de/ and here: https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Runtime/thread/a2d0c63375/; but I am not running docker, and I am not re-installing a license. This is first time install. I have CODESYS Control SL running on my device, as well as CodeMeter. I purchased a license, and installed it to the CODESYS Development system, (Tools >> License Repository) then tried to install to the device (Tools >> License Manager >> o Device >> o Soft container >> Remote [0001] >> OK. This gives me the "License Manager - Overview" dialog, and the message "Licensing info not available. There is no dongle attached to the device." I have a need to send messages between 2 PLCs and I cant use network variables (because of size limit) so I tried writing this simple test program. This seems to work fine. I can send messages back and forth when a first "Start server" and then "Connect client". See the attached image. However, if I disconnect the client by setting ClientConnect to false and try to re-connect then the TCP_Client just gives me TIMEOUT error. When I stop and start the server again, then Im able to reconnect. How is this supposed to work? Why reconnecting wont work. There is not other way of disconnecting the client than setting xEnable of the TCP_Client to false. This is just a testing program and I will try it on 2 seperate devices once this works. I'll be capturing a hex stream over serial into a RasPi and I'd like to convert a group of bytes into a float. I see this is available (https://content.helpme-codesys.com/en/CODESYS%20Development%20System/cdsoperatorrealto.html) but not its inverse (i.e. BYTE_TO_REAL). The packets will be 18 bytes but I'll be selecting 4 byte segments from the middle, swapping byte endianness (i.e. changing 0x51847641 to 0x41768451), and converting to float; I believe they adhere to IEEE 754. Is there a pre-built function for some or all of this, or do I need to follow (https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Engineering/thread/dc5829c7ea/)? Thanks!

Hi there! I'm testing out modbus TCP/IP for my home brewery, using Wago PFC200 as both slave and master. I'm using Wago library WagoAppPlcModbus. Holding registers, input registers' and discrete inputs works fine, but when trying to write multiple coils, it doesn't work. Any idea what I'm doing wrong here? Attached is a screenshot of my code. I tried both using bit mapping and without. If I change to FC05, and write only 1 coil at the time, it works fine. But I want to write all at the same time.. Any help is very appreciated :)

We have several old project written with 3.5.17 and 3.5.18 and also some older Until now when a customer ordered a product from us. We just installed (we have a tested image) and added a license Now the license policy has changed and we have to buy a License Control Basic S or M However it only works with CODESYS Development System Version 3.5.19.10 or higher Does that mean we have to upgrade all our old products? That is not a simple task as a previous post has explained with weird error messages from CODESYS V3.5. Next we have to do rigorous testing of our applications afterwards. It is very expensive

Hello, I am using the CODESYS IIoT Libraries SL MQTT Publish. Does this publish block only support publishing STRINGS as a readable format? I can publish ENUM, STRUCT, BOOL; however, MQTT Explorer will only display strings. When I use Wireshark, I can see that it is publishing something, but it looks to be publishing a serialized version which is a bunch of 0s or random text. If so, is there any way to deserialize this information back into a readable format? See pictures, where I have a BOOL TRUE that gets published as 001. Then see where I publish a STRUCT and it's an incomprehensible combination of 0s - only the string variable is displayed. Or, is it expected that you convert everything to a string before publishing? Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

Hi everyone, I would appreciate your help with a problem I've been working on for a few days but haven't been able to resolve. I am reading data from a Siemens PAC3220 energy analyzer using Modbus with Wago-8202. However, the device's energy indices are given as doubles. Since a double variable is 64-bit, it is not possible to read it directly. I have been struggling for days, I have written many conversion functions but I have not been able to get results. I would appreciate your help. I read 4 word variables and processed them. I am converting them according to IEEE-754, but I can't seem to read the correct data. I would appreciate your help.
