I’m operating with CODESYS in a 64-bit configuration and the Test Manager at version 5.1.0.0, where I’m attempting to use project scripts from an earlier version. These scripts call for certain test drivers that are not present in my installation. It’s unclear whether the absence is due to the 64-bit system, an update in the test drivers, or if I need to enable or install additional elements. For instance, the loadproject(Codesys.Base) command is missing, but loadproject(testmanager.project) is available. The FileIO command for CODESYS isn’t accessible, yet the testmanager’s driver for it exists, as does the execuptscript command.

Moin, ich habe da ein Problem und komme einfach nicht weiter... Ich moechte eine Wago 750-8101 (mit Codesys V3) zu einem ModBus TCP Slave und einem Profinet slave machen. ModBus habe ich hinbekommen, Profinet bekomme ich einfach nicht hin. habt ihr das evtl. einen hilfreichen Tip fuer mich? Programmiert wird mit Codesys V3.5 SP19 Patch 2 Auf dem Zielsystem (PFC100) ist die Zielsystemversion 4.6.0.0 Das es nicht optimal ist PN und ModBus TCP auf einer Schnittstelle zu haben ist mir bewusst. Wollte aber erstmal ModBus und Profinet zum laufen bekommen bevor ich das Profinet auf die 2. Ethernet-Schnittstelle bringe. /etc/CODESYSControl_User.cfg [SysSocket] Adapter.0.Name="br0" Adapter.0.EnableSetIpAndMask=1 Adapter.1.Name="br1" Adapter.1.EnableSetIpAndMask=1 ist eingetragen. so sieht der Status fuer das PN-device aus. Anbei ein Screenshot.

Hi guys. I've got a device that sends a status message over J1939 and a PLC running Codesys to receive it. This message uses a P2P PGN (as opposed to a broadcast PGN). Codesys can only read it if I mark the J1939_ECU as "Local" (see screenshot 1). The message is received correctly, that is not the problem. The problem is detecting if the message stops being received. Local ECUs have no Watchdog checkbox to detect if the message has been received in the last X seconds. In order to implement a watchdog, I've used a ReceiveWatchdog FB. The same code works well for any non-P2P message, but doesn't work for this particular P2P message I'm trying to monitor. Even if I physically disconnect the device, ReceiveWatchdog.xBusy stays True, and ReceiveWatchdog.xError never triggers due to a timeout error. Is there any caveat in the ReceiveWatchdog FB that makes it unable to monitor P2P PGNs in Local J1939_ECUs?

Hi. Does anyone know how to fix a problem with losing focus of a variable in FBD editor. Sometimes when trying to edit variable name, array index, etc. in network, editor randomly exits "text edit mode" and variable is replaced by text you were typing.

@eschwellinger do you have any examples of using a USB barcode scanner? I have read through the forums here and I am unable to find how to get the barcode data to populate in a text field without having to first click into the text field to activate it. Is there a library that allows you to access the barcode data? I am really new to this in general any help is greatly appreciated, hopefully you have a pretty clear example

I still have the same problem even when updating to CODESYS Recipes 4.3.0.0. My scenario: I'm trying to save/load an array of structs using the Visu: - Execute Command > "SaveRecipeAs" works properly - Execute Command > "LoadWriteRecipe" works not entirely: the structs of array[6] and array[7] should have been empty but were duplicates of array[4] and array[5]... the struct contains 26 variables and the array's length is 30.. Maybe there is a upper limit on recipe variable count?

Hi, I clone a git repository with VersionUpdateFlags.SilentMode, works fine But now I want to checkout a specific commit (with branch_copy command). When using the branch_copy command there is no VersionUpdateFlags and I get this annoying "Project Environment" prompt, blocking further execution of my script without user input. I already tried something like system.prompt_answers[???] = PromptResult.Cancel but I don´t know the string I need here.. The goal is to have a script that clones a repository and compiles every tag + create compiled libraries.

Hello good morning everyone I would like to ask a question, is it possible to directly connect a device that only contains modbus RTU communication through an R-45 connector, directly to the PC? Or would you need an intermediate device to achieve communication? It would be of great help to me because I cannot achieve communication between the Codesys simulator plc and a Fuji Frenic mini VFD, please help me if anyone has had the same experience. Following up on the invalid user authentication on the target Not 100% sure what the problem was but following my post I managed to create an administrator level user. Then my next issue was that I could not connect to the device. I might have flipped the device from a 64 bit version to a 32 bit version so I did UPDATE DEVICE back to the 64 bit version; still could not connect somehow. Then I did two things at the same time that fixed my problem: Wiped the Codesys Control Win 64 bit version and installed the 32 bit version Installed latest Codesys Control Win V3.5 SP20 (released today) I wish I knew which one of these actions fixed the problem but at least the problem is solved. Hoping this post may help someone one day
