For the DynamicText error i have finally found a solution. You have to delete some libraries from your project. For me it was the WagoSysIcon library which wanted to reference dynamictexts even though i didn't have any in my project.

For me going to Project -> Project Settings -> Visualisation -> check "Visible" and then check both "Activate property handling ..." and "Activate implicit checks ..." solved the problem.

Hello I'm trying to use the DocScripting collection in Codesys. I've made it work on one PC(1) for the 3.5.16.4 version of the script collection. But when I try the same setup on another PC(2), I get an error message: Error loading Python DLL: D:\SCRIPTING\3.5.16.40\python27.dll (error code 14001) My setup on both PC's is thus: 1. Downloaded and installed Python 2. Copied the folder with the scripting collection to C: (because of admin rights) 3. Placed my .library file in the same folder as the scripting collection Only difference is that Python is v3.12.0 on PC1 and v3.12.1 on PC2. I thought maybe it was something with Python, but then I have tried using the scripting collection from 3.5.16.1, and that seems to work. Just not for scripting collection 3.5.16.4. I also can't seem to find any scripting collections on newer versions of Codesys? (e.g. 3.5.19.10) Thanks in advance!

Hello, I’m encountering the same issue. I only receive these errors when downloading to the PLC—there are no errors during the build—after upgrading to CODESYS 3.5.21.10. Greetings to all, I'm working on a webvisu project on control win V3 x64 runtime, and have purchased 3 licenses for my application. -Codesys Control Standard M -Codesys Visualization L -Codesys Communication M I have them installed on a Codesys usb dongle When I try to download the program, a login error window appears with the message "No valid license found for the webvisualization". The control win v3 communicates with 3 plc, and have enabled communication over codesys V3 communication by adding one datasource for every plc in the datamanager. If I remove the data manager from the project, the rest of the visualisation can be downloaded normally. Do I need to purchase another License and which one? Please find attached the software metrics and the error screen.

I have tried downgrading and it seems fine now. I am now on version 4.3.0.0 for the library. Mainly the PN controller caused the issue for me. Funny weird is that even the PN controller versions 4.3.1.0 and 4.3.0.0 cause the error. Version 4.2.0.0 works fine.

Hello, my PFC200 has run for a few month now without problems. But now it freezed 2 times a day. LEDs were green but the PLC was not reachable. After power off -> on. I found that the MQTT had an error: MAX_RECEIVE_BUFFER_SIZE_EXCEEDED. And MQTT hadn't reconnect since then. I tried a cold and a warm reset but nothing helped. How can I solve this? Regards, Paul

I had this problem when running the application as a Simulation. When I wrote it to the Pi all worked as expected. If this isn't the case for you, we've seen some issues with sqlite on the Pi's - so reset Origin and re-download may help in that case. Good luck, Mark

Hi John, Coincidentally I also tried creating a custom kinematics model for a parallel delta2 like the picture I added. bipod_rotary doesn't seem to do the job. Have you accomplished a working model? I'm stuck on error: "smc_cp_invalid_path_elem" while im certain my math is correct since we made it work using single axis movements. Maybe we could help each other Best regards, Joep

Solution: Disable VISU_USEPROPERTYINFO define Go to Project → Options (or Project → Properties, depending on your CODESYS version). Find the section called Compiler Defines. Look for the define: nginx Copy Edit VISU_USEPROPERTYINFO Delete it from the list, or uncheck it if it’s a checkbox. Save your changes and try compiling the project again. → This is the right approach if you don’t need property handling for visualization elements.

Codesys - SMC_ERROR SMC_CGR_INVALID_POSPERIOD - Invalid modulo period less than or equal to zero or greater than half the bus bandwidth. Has anyone seen this error and actually understands what it means and how to get rid of it? I tried to work around it by reducing the number of increments on the drive but then the drive itself starts throwing errors.
