Same for me. I have problems with UAExpert too. Can't see the Current Value of Enum and can't control. Did some Tests with Python opcua library. Not working with the communication manager so far.

I think the amount of data is already relatively high and maybe it has something to do with that? Maybe also the CPU load of your device? an array with string(5000)? and have you tested with how many array elements it still works?

either you have "Insert with namespace" enabled in the SmartCoding options or your GVL_GLOBAL starts with {attribute 'qualified_only'} btw it's considered good practice to put the namespace in front of the variable. you could have variable with the same name in your PRG or FB.

Thank you very much Florian The SoftMotionLight package is actually more expencive than the normal SoftMotion. What is exactly the difference? Does my PLC need to be compatible with SoftMotion or does this work with any PLC?

Hello, i got the same problem, but on my site it started with version 3.5.21, with version 3.5.19.7 it worked like a charm. How get the old behavior back? Or how to reload the librarys in an open project/library manually?

Hi kporter, a more direct way would be to use SMC_FollowPosition to write the set positions directly to the servo drive. This FB has reacts on changes of the fSetPosition on each call, without a need for a rising edge on Execute. Maybe the CODESYS HMI is a good solution. https://store.codesys.com/en/codesys-hmi-sl-bundle.html Run this on the remote main control station. In the HMI application you can add the data source manager and to this manager you can add Data sources. A data source has a reference to the PLC you want to connect to and can get access to the variables of the PLC application. You can then use these variables in the visualization of the HMI application.
