Ive got a project with 6 Divices version 9. They use networkvariable to communicate. I whant to add an Extra. But that one is probebly verion 19. Should that be a problem ? i have to update the software to 19. But i cant update the devices

For power off i need to give a MC_Reset ???? Why ??? To power up i need MC_Power , but when i reset the inputs it doesnt power off the drive ! Why ? If i would use the controlword on ethercat it would. Why nog in MC ?

Hi, I have a problem with codesys installer: if install a package on the codesys 3.5.17 SP17, and i try to install a package, for example SVN package, the codesys installer report the "digital signature expired error". Anyone have an idea for resolution ? Thanks for your feedback

Hi geoweil, have you tried to save changed values to remanent area or using a VAR RETAIN? After restart you have to initialize Counter with last remanent value. Depending on changes per cycle and the possibilitiy of your control unit to write remanent storage. Otherwise you need a buffering system to ensure save backup of last PI_Counter value. Our IPC has multiple seperate ethernet ports. Is it possible to have two ethercat masters on the IPC (on two different ehternet ports off course)? If so, is there documentation available on this, or are there watchouts? Thansk
