I want to extract each element of an Array. Can someone help me with this. When I use JSONElementToString (part of JSON Utilities SL), I am seeing output as "ARRAY" instead of actual data. Here is the JSON content that I want to read : { "value1Unit": { "units": "M" }, "data": { "stepSize": 300.23, "points": [6,8] } } I would like to read each item of the element "points" i.e. 6 and 8. Reading between the lines of what you did not specify, it therefore seems to appear that in the programme, at the end of the movement order, there is an order to remove power and switch off the pulse modulation. if this is the case, it is obvious that the motor then remains free. If the position is to be maintained at the end of the movement, the motor current modulator, which on the PLC side is controlled via the MC_Power method, must not be interrupted. Another possibility is that in the motor drive settings, the standstill torque current is set very low or zero and without position monitoring. You have to check this via the servo motor drive.

Hallo … ich verwende: SoftMotionLight im Positions-Mode Ethercat-Bus Servoverstärker: Metronix BL4104-C . MC_HALT_SML funktioniert nicht zuverlässig (Achse fährt manchmal zu weit oder bis zum Softwareschalter) Ich habe festgestellt, dass intern beim Aufruf von Positions- auf Velocity-Mode umgeschaltet wird - und dann wird wahrscheinlich intern auf Drehzahl 0 abgeregelt. Kennt jemand dieses Problem? – der Wechsel der Betriebsart ja ist nicht verzögerungsfrei! MC_STOP_SML Der Baustein hat keinen Eingangsparameter "Deceleration" Die Achse stoppt und bleibt im Positions-Mode. Aber die Verzögerung ist nicht wie beschrieben: nicht "Objekt 6085h: quick_stop_deceleration" - sondern "Objekt 6084h: profile_deceleration" - aus zuvor aufgerufenem MC_MOVE_ABSOLUTE_SML Ich wäre dankbar für jeden Hinweis Gruß Bernhard

@gepert, When you say "I do not turn off power", are you saying you don't power off the drive, or you don't turn of the MC_POWER function block? I read your statement as you don't kill actual electrical power. MC_POWER should stay enabled. @Gustavo, not related to problem at all, but when you say 1.6 Nm is only enough torque to unscrew a loose bottle cap, I think that's a bit low. A quick mental math I use is 1 Nm is almost the same force as 1kG applied to a 10cm wrench. So 1.6kG applied to a 10cm wrench is still not a huge force, but more than enough to be felt if trying to turn the shaft by hand.

Hi everyone, I just created a very simple library without any code and, added it to my very simple project. after adding this library, I get an error when I try to open "Symbol Set" in "OPC UA Server" in "Communication Manager". Here is the code of my POU in the library: FUNCTION_BLOCK POU VAR eCommand : (CMD_NONE:=0, CMD_RESET:=-1) INT := CMD_NONE; END_VAR Attached is the error that I get. I also noticed that by removing the enumeration variable above (eCommand), I can open the "Symbol Set" again. Anybody has any idea why this error is raised and how could I use enumeration variables without error in "OPC UA Symbol Set"?

Unfortunately I noticed that, and tried: * using CryptoGeteAlgorithmByID within the function call * inputting the raw byte pointer as a testByte * instantiating the _hHash handle within the function body * using a different cryptoID or the raw DINT values from the RtsCryptoID DUT ... to no avail. The pReturn value is also set to 0, which would indicate that it is OK, right? This is odd given that the function is the same within the CryptoDemo example project here, just with a newer version. Is it possible that there is something wrong with the way my bytestring is being set up? Hi, I have an issue with a function which sends a message through API Rest. I'm using a function from httpCLient library. I have tested this function inside a program and it works fine. But when I want to use it inside a function (so I can call it simultaneously from 2 different points on the main program) it gives a stack overflow error. In detail it says: "C0297 Stack Overflow on Main Task. Stack sizes... Call hierarchy:" I have simplified as much as I can the function, but I'm hitting a wall with this. Anybody has an idea of what's wrong? Thanks!

Hi Tim. Not quite correct. What i'd like, is when you place the FB in prog, i choose a block NTC10k, and name this RT401. What i'm trying to do, is to get the name RT401 automaticly into the FB, so i can put this into the string i pass in a struct. So in var in POU, i saw this a place i could do this, RT401: NTC10k(Tag:='RT401'), but i can't get this to work. I shurly must have had something like this in FB: FUNCTION_BLOCK NTC10k String TAG But it's here where I'm stuck...

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein Problem mit einer Anlage. Dort müsste eine Digital Input Karte(XNE-8DI-24VDC-P) nachgerüstet werden. Das Problem ist, dass wenn ich die Karte über die Steuerungkonfiguration einbinde, die Karte direkt hinter den Eingangskarten und vor den Analogkarten positioniert wird. Dadurch müsste ich die Variablen der Analogkarten ändern, die hinter der Digitalen Eingangskarten sind. Das wäre Mega Aufwand. Gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit? z.B hinter die Analogkarten zu Adressieren? Z.Zt. sieht es so aus: %IB0 %IB1 %IW2 %IW4 %IW6 Zwischen %IB1 und %IW2 soll die neue Karte. Dadurch wird %IW2 zu %IW4. Dadurch müssen alle Variablen nach %IW2 geändert werden. Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen. Danke Dennis

Bonjour, J'essaie de tester cette application : Je suis bloqué sur les 2 chapitres suivants : Pour la toute première configuration de communication : ajout de la passerelle Spécification du canal de communication En suivant le tutoriel, j'ai bien le point vert disant que la passerelle est OK en localhost sur mon PC Ensuite, en choisissant le chemin vers le controleur et en faisant un scan réseau à partir de cette boite de dialogue, ça ne trouve rien et je finis par avoir un message d'erreur disant que la passerelle n'est pas configuré... De plus, Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il faut passer par une pseudo connexion alors que toute l'appli et donc la simu est sur mon PC... Hi everyone, I need some help with displaying an image (test.png) on my device. Initially, showing the image is straightforward. However, I want to be able to update the image dynamically. My goal is to send updated files via FTP to the device, and have the display automatically show the latest version of the image. All images will be sent with the same name (e.g., test.png). Currently, I can see the updated image after sending it via FTP and performing a warm restart, but I'd like to achieve this in runtime, without having to restart the display or application. Does anyone have suggestions on how to implement this? Thanks in advance!

I feel like this is a setting issue and I can't seem to find the right setting. I have a new project that I'm looking to add visualizations to however when I select my template size (1280 x 800) I make sure in my properties under the visualization tab, I have "Use specified visualization size" selected and my width set at 1280 and height set at 800. Now within my visualization editor I can't see to get the size outside of my template to grey out. I've attached a PDF showing what I'd like the visualization editor to look like and what mine currently looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I couldn't exactly solve the file transfer when I wanted to do multiple transfers while the compiler was open in a way that I couldn't understand. Hi there mate Most PLC's have a very similar concept with AI/AO - have you used any other software before? I have not used a Wago before myself, but I assume the concept would very much be: 1. Add the analog in & out cards to your hardware config. 2. Setup the raw input scaling on the hardware (eg. 4 - 20mA = 4000 - 20000) 3. Use a built in or homemade scaling block to scale your input as needed (eg. 4000 - 20000 = -100 - 2000kPa. 4. Write code as required 5. Scale output as needed (eg. 0 - 100% = 0-10000 = 0 - 10V) Is this the information you require?

After some more digging I realized that I get an error on the PLC Logger saying PersistenceChannel: 150 (invalid type in data: SimpleLibrary). I suppose the issue could be found in the ConfigData, which is automatically generated and which looks like this: 1 9##83 SimpleLibrary#GVL.aMoreZeros.[1]#0#64512#15#0 <[2]#0#64520#15#0 <[3]#0#64528#15#0 <[4]#0#64536#15#0 <#0#64544#15#0 <[6]#0#64552#15#0 <<lrVar#0#64560#15#0 <strVar#0#64428#16#80 <uiDummy#0#64370#11#0 Perhaps the fact that the variable is stored within a library confused the compiler? I tried changing the PersistenceChannel parameters to xCompressTags := FALSE which changed the entry in the data file from _xCompressTags BOOL:TRUE _xCompressTags BOOL:FALSE but the actual content of the data file and also the config data did not change.

Hello all, I would like to store some data in text file. I use the soft PLC Win V3x64, on Windows 10. I use the SysFile Library 3.5.17.0. If I store the file directly in the in the directory of the PLC i.e. in '/CODESYSControlWinV3x64/E1FA7ABE/PlcLogic/LogAU.txt' the file is correctly filled with the data. However, If I use an absolute path to a different directory no data is stored in the respective file. Despite the fact that the respective file exists and the Filehandler is correctly opened (see in picture _fdSysFHandle <> -1). // sFileName : STRING := 'LogAU.txt'; // STORES FILE IN ../CODESYSControlWinV3x64/../PlcLogic/LogAU.txt' sFileName : STRING := 'C/Temp/LogAU.txt'// DOES NOT WORK --------------------- // FILE DESCRIPTOR _fdSysFHandle := SysFile.SysFileOpen( szFile:= sFileName,am:= SysFile.AM_APPEND,pResult := ADR(_Result)); Does some have an idea where the problem is, resp. how I can get store a file in an arbitrary directory. Hi all, i am encounter a mystery problem with a build with rexroth drives at my work. At my company we are make a machine with two Rexroth Indradrives . The two drives are goes by ethercat protocol . To be more specific i am going from my plc to the Beckoff El1100 coupler and after to the first drive and from the first drive to the second. The second drive works with no problem but the first(motor) sometimes without any pattern start to make a mysterious noise like stop and suddenly goes on again. If i couldn't hear the noise from the motor i couldn't Imagine that this happen. After a lot of research i see that sometime i have some strange zeros from the drive to the plc? Really i am in a deadlock and I don't know how to continue. From the other side the values on the other drive(second)are stable . Da es eine recht große Sammlung ist, stelle ich die hier einfach mal ein. Die Sammlung basiert auf den Gerätetreiber TCA9548 Multiplexer von Steffen Dreyer. Codesysversion: V3.5 SP18 Patch 4 Inhalt: -4channel Dimmer (Stefan Dreyer) -BMA456 (Andre Klien) -BME280 (Stefan Dreyer) -BMP280 (Stefan Dreyer) -EEPROM_24C512 (Stefan Dreyer) -ADS1115 (Andre Klien) -ICP10125 (Andre Klien) -PCA9555 (Stefan Dreyer) -PCA9685 (Stefan Dreyer) -PCF8575 (Stefan Dreyer) -SDP810 (Andre klien) -SSD1306 (Stefan Dreyer) -TCA9548 (Stefan Dreyer) -TSL2561 (Stefan Dreyer) Alle Gerätetreiber laufen über den Multiplexer, können aber auch ohne betrieben werden. Einschränkung: BMA456: Die Konfigurationsdaten werden erfolgreich in den Chip geschrieben, dieser meldet aber config wrong. Warum auch immer, der Sensor funktioniert und bringt hochempfindlich Beschleunigungsdaten. ADS1115: Hie habe ich nur die wichtigsten funktionen implementiert. 1-4 Kanäle, PGA, kontinuierlicher Modus, Datenrate. Alle anderen Funktionen (single-shot, komparator,alm) sind nicht implementiert. Das macht auch keinen Sinn, da diese Funktionen besser über die Steuerung realisiert werden können.
