Hello Is it possible to view a camera RTSP feed in a visualization? It seems as though the browser element doesn't support this and we are trying to replicate an example using the ActivX element with no luck. We are using the Windows Control Win x64 device with a camera connected via LAN. If it is possible, can you provide some instructions please. Thank you

Hi, Softmotion Robotics does not support tracking in/out to dynamic coordinate systems with relative movements. Is MC_MoveLinearAbsolute an option? @PaRo erst mal vielen Dank für die Antwort. Wundert mich das so ein schwerer Bug nicht sofort gefixt wird. Wenn es keine offene Lib wäre, wäre keine Workaround möglich. Auch bei einem bestehende umfangreichem Programm nicht wirklich praktikabel. Gibt es irgendwo eine Liste mit bekannten Bugs? Gefunden habe ich nichts. Ich muss wohl wieder auf die alte Version zurück.

The individual structures were declared in a separate global variable list on a trial basis. But even this did not change the behavior. A total of 1667 variables are processed in a recipe. A reduction (e.g. saving only the first three drive parameter sets) also brought no change.

It seems that there is a limitation with the STRUCTs. Does anybody know, what’s okay to save (add to the recipe) and what’s not okay? Or is there another problem with my project? If I have only an array in the recipe definition everything works perfectly (see project).

Hello Guys I have IFM CR1140 screens that I want to use the basic user management Elements on - But I am trying to figure out where I am going wrong with the References "REFERENCE TO VisuUserMgmtProvider" The Device will look after the security itself - I have enabled the User Management in Visualization Manager and added an admin user to the device and sync'd.

Hi, I suppose that you are referring to the error code "SMC_FB_WASNT_CALLED_DURING_MOTION"? Starting of Softmotion version 4.15.0.0 the instance path of the function block that has not been called is logged into the device log. This might help you to identify why it has not been called.

Sometimes you just need to pose a question on a forum and re-read it to get clarity. pGeoInfo := SMC_GetObj(poq:=ADR(fbCncInterpreter.poqDataOut), n:=1); This won't work, I'm providing a pointer to a pointer, as poqDataOut is already a pointer! have a look at UNIONs. With a union you are able to write single bytes to the same adress area which belongs to a float variable at the same time. I like to do a lot of convertions belonging to interfaces and fieldbus in this way, f.eg. word / byte swapping etc.

Gentleman OMG, I made a huge mistake when i tried and moved shaft by hand i hold cover(as on photo) in my fingers. I was convinced that shaft has key but it there is not key. So when i turn cover it slide on shaft. When i take off cover and drive is in standstill, shaft does not move. So everything works perfectly

Hi i have a project where i am communicating with many modbus devices using TCP to serial. This is all working extremely well except when i turn one of the remote devices off. If i leave the auto reconnect on it still doesn't talk to the rmianing devices and if i turn Auto reconnect off it locks up. Any help would be appreciated. Paul.

Hi, I have the same problem. Some of the libraries I created over time depend on writing files to a folders like c:\Temp. I can confirm that proposed solution is not working with 3.5.20 Patch 2. Can you please specify wich exactly .cfg file needs to be modified and in what way, in order to include c:\Temp in the SysFile path? Thank you!

I dont know exactly why this error happens, but I think its because you have some wrong whiles. Because when i had that problem it was because I accidently wrote while true then and it was stuck in the loop.

Hi, i am interested in this thread and have tried a couple of the above examples in to determine remote webvisu access. I am having trouble getting the lastusage variable to refresh during runtime? It seems to only log the last usage at initialisation and that is it? how do i gain ongoing access to the time variable as the code is running? Thankyou.

Get a different sensor that is 0-10V and 0-350 Bar. There is nothing you can reasonably do to boost the range of the sensor, and the PLC will only ever be 0-10V. Take away is to always be careful to match the sensor and PLC input ranges in the future.

Moin, IIoT Lib ist installiert. Aber was der ReadArea macht weiß ich nicht. Wie kann ich denn über die IIoT Lib Daten schreiben oder lesen? Die Beispiele finde ich sehr verwirrend. Bild im Anhang: SetEngineId / CreateSNMPV3User / sOID (drei Balken)oid → was wird da gemacht? Wird da was geschrieben, gelesen?! ich blick es einfach gar nicht. Und da müsste doch irgendwo eine Verschlüsselung eingetragen werden oder?
