reverted change, that no XVFB was started anymore for noUi builds (didn't work on headless server)

corrected but in "build package". The package was recursivly added to itself under some circumstances.

- added unit test draft

- implemented update device
- implemented download missing libraries (as far as possible)
- fixed minor bugs

- kill xvfb instead of terminating. Otherwhise docker hangs for some reasons (The xvfb handling is not that clean, yet ;) )

- cleaned docker file and upgraded it to buster
- added xvfb to install2 to allow silent installation with new dotnet46 and winetricks
- removed vcrun installations, as those are only necessary with install.sh to satisfy the CODESYS setup

turned dockerfile into a single stage build

was generated fully automatically. Then the build-package step failed, which stopped the rest
