Hi, I am running Control RTE in a PC and trying to connect a Server Program using TCP Client FB from the CAA Netbase service library (3.5.15). However it is not able to connect. Can the IP address set to be '127.0.0.1' (localhost)? I tried with the Control Win x64 and it works fine. My PC has 6 Ethernet ports and do I need to install all the Codesys Ethernet Driver to all the ports? Thanks Regards, Lai

I am using Control RTE with softmotion Dirve (Schneider LXM32 series Ethercat fieldbus). I need to use the Touchprobe FB but not sure how to fill 'Trigger_Ref'. I cannot find any document from schneider and hopefully can get some detail info from Codesys. What is 'iTriggerNumber' in the 'Trigger_Ref'? is it a Digital input number?

Hi, I am having the 3.5.16 runtime in PFC100. I am trying to save/read a file in the file structure but i can only access visu/ I tried to create a folder under the main directory but not able to read/write a file in that directory. Any idea?

Hi Edwin, I believe it got to do with the driver for the ethernet port. i had shutdown and power back and it is not able to install the driver anymore. I successfully update the driver, but it has '!' on the Codesys driver after cycle power. I will put this aside first as i had test with another PC and it all works fine. I may revert back my window OS to default and test again. Thank you for your support.

Hi Edwin, Thanks for the fast response. I am able to compile and login now. The control RTE can only access 'CmpEt1000Drv' right? After download and run, the Ethercat master is not able to communicate with my robot through the EL6695. I had tested with control win 3.5.16 x64 with Intel Ethercat driver (SysEthernet) and it is working. How should I proceed from here?

Hi, I am using Control RTE. I would like to do a electronic caming function which only Softmotion library support the function. However, May I know the following? 1) If using Sercos III fieldbus, what are the PCI card supported? Does the pci card from Bosch support? who will provide the driver? 2) Does Bosch Sercos drive support softmotion profile? if yes, which model? where to get the device description file? 3) Does any Ethercat drive from Bosch support softmotion profile? Hi, I am trying to implement CAM for 2 axis (walking beam mechanism). I saw the compatible list of drives that support softmotion but i did not see schneider LXM28E series in the list instead I am able to use schneider LXM32 series drive. Can I still achieve CAM function without softmotion axis? How to proceed if we still want to use the schneider LXM28 series? Thanks
