depends on if you use Twincat2 or Twincat 3.1
-> Twincat 2 you could use the import/open function ( you need to use the CODESYS V3 - 32 Bit version and install additional the Converter from here: https://store.codesys.com/codesys-v23-converter.html )
for Twincat 3 not really sure - but copy paste could maybe do the most for you.
For both - Systemconfigration / SystemManager need to be done from scratch, this is different

If it is twcat3 you can try to save your program as a library, which can be readed by Codesys.
