Which PLC do you use? If it is a standard CODESYS Runtime (from the store), then maybe update the device in your project to the latest version. If it is not a standard CODESYS Runtime, then maybe contact the supplier.

If you update all to the newest versions in the project environment and update all devices in the device tree, the errors should gone! Missing the device updates is often causing this problems!

In the device selection. Do not filter on Phoenix. Remove this filter and first add an Ethernet Adapter from CODESYS. To this Ethernet adapter add the Profinet Controller. After this you can filter on Phoenix devices in the "add device dialog".

Hello @eschwellinger, My project stopped working again. it would appear that this solution didn't resolve the problem perminantely. I deleted my alarm manager and the problem is no longer. When I put back in the Alarm Manager and my alarms the issue returns.

the project has only one OneWire Master - so if you add the setting "PlaceholderFilePath.2=/sys/devices/w1_bus_master2, $OneWire2$ to the config file it will fail and the Ethercat task will be blocked by the OneWire Master readings?

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on a project involving the control of 5 VFDs via Modbus RTU, this time using the WAGO 750-8212 CPU. So far, I've managed to make progress, but I've encountered an issue. While I can successfully read and write to all the registers I need, I consistently encounter a "Response CRC Fail" error when attempting to write the value 1151 to the STW register at address 40100. I'm able to set the frequency via register 40101 and adjust all other parameters using different registers. Setting STW to 1150 results in the drive ready boolean from the ZSW-bit being received instantly. However, the moment I attempt to send 1151 to register 40100, I immediately receive the "Response CRC Fail" error for all channels. I've also attempted to use combined control, employing Modbus for frequency control and starting from a digital input. Everything seems to function properly until I send the start command to the VFD. Interestingly, I consistently encounter the same error the moment I send the start command, regardless of whether I use register 40006 (high) or 40100 (1151). Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

Solved (see comment) Setup: Kunbus RevPi Connect+ (a raspberry based PLC) Codesys runtime package: 4.5.0.0 (raspberry, armhf) based on Codesys V3.5.18.20 Edge Gateway: 4.5.0.0 (edgearmhf,armhf) EN: The edge-gateway was added over a year ago to the automation server. I now need to make a few changes to the Codesys software, but the Pi is not showing as online in the Automation Server. Internet connection is established, I have remote access to the Pi via RealVNC. Anyone have an idea how I can solve this? Some screenshots added. DE: Ich muss nun ein paar Änderungen an der Codesys-Software vornehmen, aber der Pi wird im Automation Server nicht als online angezeigt.
