What do they do? (sorry if this is a duplicate question, I don't know what words to use to search for this syntax)

it seems that the device you scan, is not the same type which you have added to the project in CODESYS. Virtual Control is Arm 64 SL so please select this type in CODESYS when you generate a new Application..or right click to the device- update device - virtual Control Arm 64 SL

Ok, this is a test programme with ADS1115. It is currently configured for the TCA9548 muxboard. If you want to run the ADS1115 single, then change the settings to the default values: ‘Is Multiplex:’ False ‘Stage mux channel numbers:’ [0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0] It is also important that the libraries are installed correctly here. Hello, I have installed the runtime system on my raspberry pi 5 and when I scan for the devices it sees. But when I try to log in to the device it always ask me for a password and no matter what I give it says this is a wrong password. anyone could help?

Hi, I've read that you can perform Atomic instructions like AtomicReadLInt on variables. However, I'd like to know if this uses stdatomic internally. My main question is : Is it possible to share atomic types in shared memory with CodeSys. If so, what types should they be declared as? If not, are the atomic functions lock-free or does it use a mutex?

hi imdatatas, thanks for your suggestion! I added the process execution to be sure. In the meantime I reïnstall Windows but it dind't help directly. Finally I deleted CodeMeter Runtime Server after Codesys installation. Because this Service was not able to start. And it works (for now) :)!

Now, for CODESYS v3.5 SP21 I can no longer find the "OPC UA Information Model Repository" entry to add as a command. In the "Tools" menu it is listed but greyed out, reporting "Plug-in is not available". So how do I add the Plug-in?

I have noticed on the standard numpad dialog, if a user enters a purely decimal number (ie '.6'), the numpad will not accept the value but gives no indication. One must type a leading zero (ie '0.6') in order for it to work. Is there a way to correct this so that a user can just type the decimal value?

Has anyone figured out a way to use the ethercat bus on a beckhoff CX using codesys running on linux? Using ethercat on the native NICs works fine but I get a "packet could not be sent" error when trying to scan the ethercat bus device. Errors and hardware in attached image.

I have been following the steps shown in the RealPars video to connect CODESYS with Factory I/O. The connection works correctly when I use Ladder Diagram, but when I try the same simple input–output logic in Structured Text, the simulation does not behave as expected.
