hello edwin i have did the same and i could connect the opc-ua server but i dont see anything in the resources tree, in the application i linked my variables to the symbol configuration but i dont see that in the uaexpert. if i use the same application with a non linux system i can get those variables values and see the complete tree structure. What could be the problem ?

I have a pressure sensor that measures 0-600 bar and outputs a 0-5V signal, but my PLC reads analog inputs in the 0-10V range and displays a value of 1024 when 10V is applied. In this case, when the sensor outputs 5V at 600 bar, the PLC shows a value of 512. My working range is 0-350 bar, which means the PLC only uses 298 bits in this range, significantly reducing the resolution. What can I do to achieve better resolution within the 0-350 bar range?

I can confirm that at my 4ms EtherCAT Master the frames per second is equal at round about 500 with Codesys SP19. The same program at SP16 it was at 380-430 f/sec. for me it will be interesting too, whats the reason is for this high frame count/sec? I havn't had the time to use a paket sniffer and analyse all the frames. I can't help with your other questions, sorry.

It is not always a problem happens, but sometimes a rm takes a long time. I reduced the amount of calls to logi2c.py but I don't understand why TASK-i2c sometimes can cause problems for TASK-CAN

I paid money for the RPi runtime because the Product Description says that GPIO is supported. It is also written in the Versions that since 4.11 RPi5 is supported. And I use 4.13. Nowhere is it mentioned that GPIO is still not supported... It's a pity that the Codesys developers still can't find a way to fix it. Are there plans for when it will be fixed or are the developers too weak? Just wondering, is there anyone with a working GPIO? Can you share the details of your system?

However, if faulty EtherCAT cables were the issue, why wouldn't the error occur during normal operation? Why would bad cables only cause problems during a hard shutdown? I don't have the answer to this question. One last question: When you encountered this behavior, did you see a similar error in your logs? i.e, an "AccessViolation" exception in the EtherCAT Task Yes. It was the exeption you can see in attached file.

Hello, I have a Exor HMI with 2 seperatred ETH interface's. It is Configured as PN Master on ETH interface 1 and the IO's are working, as long as the development PC is connected to the ETH 0 interface. When the PC is disconnected, the PN communication drops and a reconnection is started. I installed the newest device description for Codesys and Firmware for the Panel. The IO Gateway is from Weidmueller What could cause the Problem?

Hallo Zusammen, ich versuche die Bibliothek FloatingPointUtils.compiled-library-v3 zu benutzen. leider kommt dabei folgende Fehlermeldung: Kein Quellcode für dieses Objekt... (siehe Anhang) Wie kann ich diese Bib einbinden? Kann ich diese irgendwo herunterladen? Mein Ziel ist es ein DWORD (float) in ein REAL umzuwandeln. Hi, please check if "Support client animations and overlay of native elements" option is enabled. This option is very heavy to manage for the Webclients. I'm using the Pixsys srl "TC series" HMI with the code "P3" (so a 4+4 cores CPU) that runs very well also with this option active. The same CPU is mounted also in their WebPanel "WP" series, so you can try one of them if you want.

I am configuring a Lenovo M900 computer with CODESYS Control RTE SL 3.5.20.30. I use an Aoc E2272pwut LED 21.5 monitor. The touchscreen works perfectly in the Windows 10 PRO environment but does not work in the WebVisualization environment (Window opened at PLC startup). Does anyone know if it is necessary to configure any drivers in Win RTE? I am at your disposal for any questions. Thank you.

I have an IIoT License activated on a PFC200 with older firmware 2.08.32 (11). If I flash it to the latest available 4.05.10 (27) does the license get destroyed? I have a back up file '3SLicenseInfo.tar'. But this looks quite a bit different form the backup I got from more modern firmware... 'CMLicenseNew.WibuCmRaU'. Can the new license manager restore it from the old .tar?

The CODESYS key is passed as a USB defice to the VM. I wonder why there are different statements regarding the suitability in virtual machines and if the jitter would be reduced by installing CODESYS runtime on the host installing CDS runtime on the host and using a preemptive kernel (if available for the PROXMOX installation leaving CDS runtime where it is (on the virtualized debian machine) and install a preemptive kernel on the host and on the guest... Hi Dave. Thanks for your answer. I still struggling with this. I have done everything according with the Codesys help even I have looked in detail at the example. I have double checked the recipe manager configuration and the use of all the methods. There are two methods that do not work as expected. I'm using Codesys 3.5.19.20 and recipe management 4.4.0.0 .CreateRecipe just create a recipe in the recipe definition but do not create the file. This have a walk around just giving a .ReadAndSaveRecipe afterwards. .ReloadRecipes do nothing but do not generate any error as well. After calling it I call the .GetRecipeCount and the number is always 0. When I create a new recipe (using the function block methods) then the number changes. Looks like this method is looking to the wrong directory finding nothing. I don't know if there is a missing configuration in the CODESYSControl.cfg file. I'm thinking in a walk around for this but I need to create a strings array with the recipe names as retentive and making all the management when deleting and adding recipes. Have had some one the same problem?

Hi, Communication with the ADS1115 is actually simple. 1. write config 2. write address pointer 3. read conversation register The ADS1115 works like a multiplexer. This means that you do this individually for each channel that you want to read. e.g: Channel 1: write config > write address pointer > read conversation register Channel 2: write config > write address pointer > read conversation register Channel 3: write config > write address pointer > read conversation register Channel 4: write config > write address pointer > read conversation register then you start again from the beginning You can also omit individual channels or read only one. It doesn't matter. I have written the driver so that I can also use it on the TCA9548. The driver is from Stefan Dreyer. In your case, the driver works and communication with the ADS1115 is running. As you can see, the cfgWrong:=FALSE If you could not write or read data, cfgWrong:=TRUE; This means that either something is wrong with your ADS1115 or you have connected something incorrectly.
