Hi, I suppose that you are referring to the error code "SMC_FB_WASNT_CALLED_DURING_MOTION"? Starting of Softmotion version 4.15.0.0 the instance path of the function block that has not been called is logged into the device log. This might help you to identify why it has not been called.

I had this problem when running the application as a Simulation. When I wrote it to the Pi all worked as expected. If this isn't the case for you, we've seen some issues with sqlite on the Pi's - so reset Origin and re-download may help in that case. Good luck, Mark

Solved! Go to Control Panel -> Windows Defender Firewall -> Allow an app or feature Enable the options to change settings. Scroll down the list of applications to CODESYS and CODESYS ControlService. If you do not see this application, add it to the list. Make sure all checkboxes are checked (Domain, Private, and Public).

the codemeter deb files are part of the runtime-sl-installatonfiles. so u can download the whole raspberry pi package from store-page, unzip it with a progam like 7zip, there you'll find a folder called dependencys i thing. here should the deb files placed

It's a bit confusing, the two RPI is the same (board, OS, runtime, programing with Codesys V3.5 SP20 P2) but the one has a codesyscontrol.cfg file and the other has a codesyscontrol_user.cfg file. Shouldn't be the same? And because I over Codesys 3.5 SP 12 this would be the '_user.cfg' for both. Attached...

After many tests i see that problem comes when serial communication established for modbus rtu. If the slave device not connected we don't see the exception. If the slave device connected at serial port then we have exception about 1 hour after startup and every 10 or 15 minutes. Any suggestion?

I am definetly not an expert in this field, but it does seem like you need a propper API key in the URL. Right now you are using the token 'ANWB' in your URL, which the website returns an error, since this is not valid. Somehow you first need a propper API key. I hope that makes sense.

I encountered the same problem. (Windows10 x64 single language OS). As @eschwellinger mentioned, I uninstalled the latest EdgeGateway version and installed version 3.5.20.0. Now, when I right-click and select "Allow Edge Gateway...", Config mode is activated without any error or warning window and I do not need to manually type [CmpEdgeGateway] for EdgeGateway version 3.5.20.0.

Hi, On CODESYS V3.5.19.50 I am using the latest 3S File Access library (CAA File & CAA Types) to save and retrieve configuration data from the User Data section of an SD card, via file called config.txt. The application reads the file to memory once upon initialisation, and then the only other operation is overwriting the file with the updated configuration whenever the user changes the settings. An issue is ocurring, seemingly randomly, where the config.txt file, and all surrounding directories, cannot be written to by the unit, returning a READ_ONLY_CAA error upon file open. This sometimes does not clear even after power-cycling the PLC several times, yet checking the file permissions with ls -l shows normal read, write, and execute access. I am wondering if this is caused by the PLC itself or by an issue in my application. Testing Codesys CNC. SMC Interpolator Throws me an error if my code surpass approximately 32000 lines of code. (SMC_CNC_INTERNAL_ERROR) What is the max lines of code SMC Interpoltor can handle ? I've been thinking breaking the code up into smaller sections, but that gives me a lot problems later if i want to use "Blocksearch" etc. I need to run approximately 2000000 lines of code.

Look for the define: nginx Copy Edit VISU_USEPROPERTYINFO Delete it from the list, or uncheck it if it’s a checkbox. Save your changes and try compiling the project again. → This is the right approach if you don’t need property handling for visualization elements.
