hi, i am currently trying to adapt an i/o device for a project. the node id is unknown and there is no eds file available. no data is being emitted from the device as a giveaway, the baudrate is known but useless without the node id. is there an sdo request available to determine the id? i cannot get the device to leave pre op status even with a global nmt request. please help. no hair left.

Hello, As far as I know, no matter which home mode is selected, the axis must be in Standstill mode to run MC_Home according to PLCopen state machine. However, if the function you want can already be done from a parameter in the driver of the vendor you are using, you can try to perform the same function by sending the required value to that parameter via communication with the SDO write command. Hey, I am facing the same problem. Basically UA Expert and other programs work fine with the login credentials. But codesys can not use them properly. I can see the server login to it manually but when I download the program and run the datasource never runs... Currently I am facing the same Error ID: 7012 and cant get it running properly.

Hello just to give more feedback the error I get is "ERROR_UNKNOWN :represents raw value of 5110" in File.DirOpen. The xDone never gets true, and I never get the listing of files (csv files in this case). In the hDir i get the value of 0 for a DWord!?

Hi! I tried to start Codesys V3.5 SP11 program and this error message popped up (see attachment). Program worked fine last week. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the program but it did not help. If I choose Ignore or Retry options the program works expect the UI is missing. Any ideas how to fix this?

I dont know exactly why this error happens, but I think its because you have some wrong whiles. Because when i had that problem it was because I accidently wrote while true then and it was stuck in the loop.

I took a look at your project. First of all, a Raspbery Pi4 is installed. You must use the GPIOs_A_B(GPIOs B+/Pi2). The error ULINT can't be set to IDINT.... with your project as well. If I change your project to ‘CODESYS_Control_for_Raspberry_Pi_SL’ the error is gone.

Hello, Working in 3.5 SP11 32 bit and using the 3S CANopenSafety Slave 3.5.11.0 library on an IFM CR711S. The 3SCSSD.CANOpenDevicesSIL2 function block keeps throwing "UNSAFESTACK_NOT_OPERATIONAL" Additionally, the Status of the device gives "There was an error accessing an I/O parameter". Any ideas on where my issues may lay? I have not found any good documentation that would explain the issue.

I have discovered a rounding error, either in Codesys or in my understanding of numbers. The attached ladder shows that when the up button is pressed the number increases by 0.1, when the down button is pressed number decreases by 0.1, after several button presses the number isn't equally divisible by 0.1. Have I discovered a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Hello, I'm trying to use FILE.Open to open file that exists in the given location. sFileName is formed from "Copy as path" in Windows. So I'm sure file exists and it is in the given location.
