Are you using Bookworm and which Rasperry PI? Check the logfile with ssh connection tail -f /var/opt/codesys/codesyscontrol.log It should work with 4.11.0.0 release. Just use the ABL licenses - (check the license metrix of your application)

Hello everyone, I am currently using OPC UA in CODESYS with the security mode BASIC256SHA256 – Signed and Encrypted. The OPC UA Server is running on an RTE CX device, and the HMI is running on another computer. I have reviewed many CODESYS documents and successfully established communication when the security mode is set to None with Anonymous login. However, when security is enabled, the server does not provide its certificate for the CODESYS HMI client to trust. Interestingly, the client can send its certificate to the server, and UAExpert works normally, but the CODESYS HMI client does not receive the server certificate. Can anyone help clarify what I might be missing? I have been stuck on this issue for three days. If I missed or misconfigured any step, please let me know. If you have a Windows system (RTE), then why not run the CODESYS HMI as separate controller. This could easily be moved to another PC if required. In the HMI you could also still use the Symbolic Var access as part of the Data Source Manager, although maybe OPC is the preferred way to make it more future proof. Or what about the Remote Target Visu. Then you can reduce the load of the main controller, while still only having to create one application including Visualization. This is now also supported for Linux systems. Hello :) We are currently configuring a system with Codesys as SoftPLC on a Linux system and with Beckhoff terminals. I have already gained some experience with Codesys and also with TwinCat incl. TwinCAT Safety. What is new to me now is Codesys in conjunction with Beckhoff safety terminals. We are currently using an EL1918 & EL2904 here. I have been able to integrate both terminals into my project, but I don't know how to interconnect them so that they communicate. That's a bit easier with Twincat ^^ Can any of you help me? I would also prefer a Codesys EtherCAT Safety training or webinar if anyone knows of one. Unfortunately I can't find such an event on the internet.

I've got a visualization I'm working on with some rectangles and lines. When I simulate the program I get an Error and Message in my message box, "Error during Updating the Visualisation:" and "Overflow error." Any ideas on how to fix this? I only have 70 elements total for this visualization. I am using absolute movement for a few of the elements, would this cause the issue? The visualization seemed fine before I added these movement elements, but there is only 7 that move, that doesn't seem like it should over load the system. I am currently testing using simulation so I'm not sure if that has an effect either. I tried looking in the codesys help manual and couldn't find anything referencing this.

Hi ustad41, cams can be buffered using the BufferMode input of MC_CamIn. If the end- and start-velocity of two buffered cams are not zero, there will be no stop. Not sure this answers your question. Cams can be changes on the fly by aborting the active cam. Please see [0] for details on switching cams. I also installed your codesys version with the codesys for raspberry pi package version 4.7.0. but with no succes, only the TCA multiplexer has a constant green turning circle, the ADS1115 still changing from running to not running.
