Hello everyone, I meet this problem after installing Codesys SP20 Patch 5 on Windows 11 while the dialog box shows that the installation process has been successfully completed. Every time I open Codesys I get an error that says (Attached image): 'One or more issues ocurred with the current version profile. Please contact the vendor to resolve these problems. The plug-in {....} (Exactly x.x.x.x) is required by the current version profile., but has not been installed. It is highly recommended that the tools is terminated. Do you wanto to terminate now?' Hello, We are trying to access remotely a PLC (ifm 711S) and a HMI (ifm CR1077). Both are connected to a Teltonika RUT200 router. Hello, I'm trying to connect with a Wago TP600 HMI but without success. I'm using codysis 3.5 SP19 patch 7 (SP20 block all the time) and the official wago package is installed. However, when I scan and select my device, I get a message saying that the device doesn't match the project's device object with the possibility to update the device (as shown in the attached picture). however, after choosing to update i got a message that the device is not found. I've tried with a new empty project but the same results. do you have any ideas? Thanks.

From what you describe, the boot application files are in the right place, but the key step you’re missing is how the runtime knows which application to load. In most cases with CODESYS Control Win, you don’t need to edit CodesysControl.cfg manually. Instead, once you’ve created the boot application (Application.app and .crc), copy them into the runtime instance directory (for example …\E84889DB), then restart the service. The PLC should automatically detect Application.app and start it. If TargetVisu still doesn’t open, double-check that the visualization settings are enabled for TargetVisu (Project → Devices → Visualization), and that you built the project with visualization included before creating the boot application. Editing the config is rarely required unless you’re running multiple applications ball orbit

Which device do you use? Does this have persistent memory (e.g. NVRAM) available? Maybe first ask your PLC vendor about the possibilities and how they advice to use persistent variables? If you have no NVRAM available, CODESYS will store the variables in a file when the device gracefully shuts down. But on an abrupt power failure, this is not possible. If you have no NVRAM and you want to use persistent variables, then consider using a UPS. In this case when the power is lost, the UPS can keep the power on the PLC which then can gracefully shut down. Hi It looks like in the new ladder there is no way to remove unused FB call parameters or update the function block? It's quite often where you have a function block with multiple uses and not all the parameters are required. Need the ability to leave an input/output blank without getting an compile error Expression expected instead of '' Also double clicking on the FB no longer opens the underlying FB code and view what it was doing online. Dragging and dropping a variable does not work, only using the selection works. Will these be available in the V1.0 release or just best to stick to the old ladder until it's available? Thanks
