Hi, I am using an "Exchange 8 bits from EtherCAT Safety Module to PLC" module which allows me to create tags in the safety environment, but how does this map to the standard PLC program? There is no entry in the IoConfig_Globals variables list. Regards Trevor

Hi, Got same problem, appeared after 4.3.1.0 update. Prabably problem is in performance. I am using virtual machine, so adding one more core and several GB to RAM still not solved, but atleast did system more stable. Try optimise your main program or set less task interval. Hi, Softmotion Robotics does not support tracking in/out to dynamic coordinate systems with relative movements. Is MC_MoveLinearAbsolute an option? I implemented the parts from the CAA Device Diagnosis Example.project and could use it for switching on and off, the CAN devices that were located under the CANbus and CANopen_Manager. But i can't do the same with I2C_master_test_version or devices below this one. In the example project there is only the EtherCAT Master, CANbus and CANopen_Manager, and Ethernet with devices below.

Hi, though i am aware of the fact that Codesys doesnt not support Raspberry Pi 5 still i tried. Codesys Installation : worked Codesys Starting : worked but right after start it stopped. with Start Runtime it starts again but stops automatically after 5 seconds is Codesys planned for Raspi 5?! Hi, i try to setup a softmotion programm. Controller version 15. Ethercat, When is scan Devices then it install's the drives. 4.11 . Somehowe they have a vesion 16 libary. I tried to install new but stil problems. I tried version 19. Then i get a Visu version problem. What can i do ? Why are ther always problems with a new version ?

Hello. I created a project that uses SPI. This project is working well. I can see with an oscilloscope that the SPI pins are actually changing. But when I resave this project in the IDE and open it later in the system, I see a constant error. What do I need to fix? What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

I stopped the simulation and tried to rebuild. "Cloned Task0.task0. Priority already in use" error was shown after rebuilding. I used Build-Clean All option and rebuilt again. Now the logic started working. But I am not still sure what caused the error in first place. If somebody knows about this error, please enlighten me. Thanks svn

This works for me in Schneider Machine Expert 2.2, which is based on Codesys 3.5.19. It did not work in Machine Expert 2.1, which was based on Codesys 3.5.16. Hi, I have an older project which has been running for years. Unfortunately I have to replace current Raspberry. I repplaced it by new rpi 3 with newest 32 bit Raspberry OS. I oredered a new runtime licence. When I try to activate it, the connection to target is interrupted immediatelly after press next button in the last step of instalation.

Just verified the behaviour. Still is the same. It should be attached here. But I also tried the DCF-file with the axis in the lab with the real drive: The MC_Power block never goes out of busy. Had not time to investigate further, though.

so it is not possible for me to use the function blocks and through them I can select the digital outputs of the PLC so that pulses and direction are output, or some function block that does this reading and in it I can program the pulse and direction outputs for the drive?

Hi, Mine is the same, both using v3.5 SP17 patch 6, and v3.5 SP19 patch 5 when using anything newer than v4.8.0 the same issue as above occurs. Checked the 'Customize' window in case it was hidden/disabled in there but couldn't find it. Thanks for the help on this. Toby
