IS: Upon reconnecting, MQTT.MQTTSubscriber is returning xError = TRUE and eMQTTError = No_Error
SHOULD: If xError is set, eMQTTError must have a value other than No_Error

Still an issue in the MQTT Client SL library, but it is not effecting the running of the Sparkplug. Therefore, moved to backlog.
