Thank you seoerr for your suggestion. When I implement that line, I get this error: ** [ERROR] 'OSCAT_BASIC.ARRAY_SDV' is of type FUNCTION and cannot be instantiated** Any other thoughts about instantiating these sections of the library which seem to be provided as source only?

Hello I'm trying to use the DocScripting collection in Codesys. I've made it work on one PC(1) for the 3.5.16.4 version of the script collection. But when I try the same setup on another PC(2), I get an error message: Error loading Python DLL: D:\SCRIPTING\3.5.16.40\python27.dll (error code 14001) My setup on both PC's is thus: 1. Downloaded and installed Python 2. Copied the folder with the scripting collection to C: (because of admin rights) 3. Placed my .library file in the same folder as the scripting collection Only difference is that Python is v3.12.0 on PC1 and v3.12.1 on PC2. I thought maybe it was something with Python, but then I have tried using the scripting collection from 3.5.16.1, and that seems to work. Just not for scripting collection 3.5.16.4. I also can't seem to find any scripting collections on newer versions of Codesys? (e.g. 3.5.19.10) Thanks in advance!

Dear Forum, We are currently running into a problem that the CODESYS OPC DA server is running out of RAM (larger than 2 GB). We have a setup of 10 Codesys controllers which features around 300.000 discoverable tags per controller. We are only interested in 10 percent of the tags to be communicated to the OPC-server, this is due to the fact the program consists of arrays of objects which on their part implements arrays of objects, simply reducing the number of discoverable tags is not an option The OPC-DA server loads all the discoverable tags, is it possible to: 1 let the OPC-DA server only load the tags that are requested by the SCADA/MES system. 2 let the OPC-DA server claim more memory. 3 run 2 OPC-DA servers in parallel? The problem with the visu pages marked as modified after starting Codesys has been solved with visu 4.5.0.0. Now working together is more fun! Notice: I had to recreate the alarm groups.

Hello @eschwellinger, My project stopped working again. it would appear that this solution didn't resolve the problem perminantely. I deleted my alarm manager and the problem is no longer. When I put back in the Alarm Manager and my alarms the issue returns.

Hello all, I cannot find anything connecting IEC-61499 to CODESYS. Considering the quality of the CODESYS IEC-61131-3 implementation and that IEC-61499 expands on it, literally including as integral part, why is there no mention of CODESYS and IEC-61499 anywhere on the internet?

Ive got a project version 16p3 Running on Epis( 32) . Codesys cant see License stick on Epis and no one can tell me why. So Got me a Crist(64). Change version to version 18.4 But then i get dialog libry problems. Anyone knows why ?

the answer is essy: google and some other providers, prevent from using as iframe and similar injections. please try to use an website like codesys.com , this should work

I've workaround it by not using an array but 30 instances of the struct and putting these in the recipe, and then using converter functions to save and load
