So none of the images from the 64bit archive work with any Codesys Control versions? I have tried the last Pi OS with every Codesys Control version and they don't work. I was wondering if there's any stable combination of versions.

If you add any device to the CANOpen Manager it will send messages to verify the device is on the network. Do you have the Enable expert settings check box checked in the General tab? have you added any SDOs in the SDOs tab? I avoid using the CANOpen Manager and just use the CAN_Tx and CAN_Rx blocks from the library.

Hi Everybody, I download the Visualization on the Dell tablet as HMI. The button of HMI does not work with any touches. However, the buttons is working well with a plugged in mouse. Hi there, I am getting troubles with a project. In the Hardware configuration I got some Lenze drives 9400. One of them got as status " Module not Found". Connection are good. ID Node of the Canopen network is also good. I don't find any reason for this status, nor any options to check.

Have you received any feedback or found any solutions to the load problem. We are running into similar issues, even without codesys running the load avarage is above 1 meaning that it is to busy already without plc code running. Hope you might have some more insight.

Unfortunately , Data Source Manager from Codesys has any problem with OPC UA Server delivered with ifix SCADA. Someone can help me add manually any tag from UaExpert to codesys ? How should be was a structure for an example of one tag ? I try like in attachement, but question is , if it a good idea ?

Hi Automa, it seems the solution you were bringing up on 2022-04-06 could really help me as I did not remember the password I initially set. My problem though is that I am using Codesys Control Win V3.5 SP19/60 (64 bit) and I cannot locate any of the files you listed up there. I have been looking inside folder: C:\Program Files\CODESYS 3.5.19.60\CODESYS\ and they appear not to be present at all neither in the CODESYS folder or any sub-folders. Uninstalling and re-installing unfortunately does not do the trick. Any idea how I could get out of the ditch on this issue ? Anyone else maybe ? Thanks

Hello everyone, I'm encountering an issue in CODESYS regarding writing files to external paths. Despite correctly configuring the placeholder in the CODESYSControl_User.cfg file to allow access to an external folder, CODESYS doesn't seem to write any files, and no errors are reported. The issue on the older versions was absent with no placeholders. I've checked the operating system permissions, and they seem to be in order, but the issue remains. Is there anybody can help me with the same problem? I have to migrate created project in ver.3.5.17.0 32BIT with runtime 4.7.0 to ver.3.5.20.0 64BIT with runtime 4.7.11.0 due to the new license. All the libraries and dependencies are updaded and there are no any errors. The first compilation and loading to the controller is being compleated well. After this being done and if I am forced to change any values or change any code in the current project, another compilation will be freezed. This problem can be solved if pressed Build/cleen or cleen all. There is another method to solve this; if project is loaded with excluded object (Alarm Configuration), repeated compilations will be done well.

Hi there, An "OPC Expert" client software is connecting to a Codesys Control RTE (x64) OPC UA Server. It reads only about 25 variables every 5 minutes. The OPC UA Server seems to shut down on the Codesys runtime. Is there any way to get information about the Codesys OPC UA Server status? Restart it? There is nothing in the PLC Logs after the OPC UA Server has started. It works for a while, then it doesn't. Any ideas? Any way of getting more info out of the Codesys OPC UA Server? -Bjarne

With that I could make an array of varying size, but would still have to define the array type in the function's declaration VAR_IN_OUT stArray: array [*..*] of <pre-defined data type> END_VAR I wanted a function that could take an array of any type (e.g., a structured VAR) as an input. That way I could call it in multiple POUs to handle different arrays structures.

Hi all, in Alarm management you can latch some variable to show value within the alarm msg. It´s very useful sometime. But I´m wondering whether there is any possibility to represent that value as Text list. It´s quite common in other HMI tools and this is very useful in case of using some ErrorID for detail specification of error. Unfortunately I could not find any way how to do it but I believe that exists :) Thanks a lot. M.

@eschwellinger do you have any examples of using a USB barcode scanner? I have read through the forums here and I am unable to find how to get the barcode data to populate in a text field without having to first click into the text field to activate it. Is there a library that allows you to access the barcode data? I am really new to this in general any help is greatly appreciated, hopefully you have a pretty clear example

I have been trying to set an array value to a JSON structure of this form: {"key": [1,2,3,4]} While I have been able to create the key and set its value to an empty array, I've not had any luck in putting any value in that array. objindex:= fb_JBuilder.SetKeyWithArray("Key6", diParentIndex := diRootIndex); objindex2:= fb_JBuilder.SetValue(value:= iValue2, diParentIndex:= objindex); iValue2: ARRAY[0..3] OF INT:= [1,2,3,4]; The two lines of code above produce {"key6": []} . The second line essentially has no effect.

When trying to move my axis using any group move instruction I get the following error: SMC_CP_INVALID_PATH_ELEM and axisgroup goes into errorstop state. I tested my methods thoroughly which makes it hard for me to debug. Are there some hidden rules I need to abide to? How would one go about debugging a custom robotics model, since the information inside isn't accesible. Is it possible to find the source of where the function breaks? As you suggest I suppose that problem is in drive setting but i do not see any option about increase standstill torque. Hello, I'm trying to run TargetVisu on my Linux IPC, and while it does work, the controls are misaligned compared to my WebVisu. Both visualizations are full-screen on a Debian 12 VM with a resolution of 1280x768. The WebVisu is running in Firefox. Are there any configuration I should adjust to ensure the controls align properly between the two? Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I am configuring a Lenovo M900 computer with CODESYS Control RTE SL 3.5.20.30. I use an Aoc E2272pwut LED 21.5 monitor. The touchscreen works perfectly in the Windows 10 PRO environment but does not work in the WebVisualization environment (Window opened at PLC startup). Does anyone know if it is necessary to configure any drivers in Win RTE? I am at your disposal for any questions. Thank you.
