and CODESYS is 3.5.16.40 too?
Hi, Write to CODESYS Store (store.codesys.com) my question - bug Report..
you do not need to configure it in any config file, just use the Windows network configuration to do this. CODESYS do a scan and will find the RTE no matter if you use dhcp or static ip configuration on Windows. If you are talking on Ethercat network or Profinet or EIP network card selection, this will be done in the CODESYS projekt by browsing the network interface.
as far as I know, this works with current version and current RaspberryPI OS... you just need to select the PB+/PI2 GPOI's
It should work on the driver installation but you need to confirm: 'Do you really want to install this driver even if it does not match the hardware" -> please confirm if this does not work ->CODESYS Store - bug report - we need to check on your device
Hi sorry my fault to point into the wrong direction: C:\Program Files\CODESYS\CODESYS Control RTE3\W2K_XP_Drivers\Peak_CAN and in CODESYSControl_User.cfg [ComponentManager] Component.1=CmpDrvSchedulerAPIC Component.2=CmpCodeMeter_legacy Component.3=CmpSJACanDrv
you need to have an own onewire task and use only these IO's in this task: old FOrum Examples: https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Runtime/thread/04361f89ec/?limit=25#333d here the improved onewire example: https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Runtime/thread/04361f89ec/?limit=25#5be9
Hi, in the forum examples, https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Runtime/thread/04361f89ec/?limit=25#333d there is an example you just add I2C master and use the fb's to access the I2C device in your code. https://forge.codesys.com/forge/talk/Runtime/thread/04361f89ec/?limit=25&page=1#5a8f I think this is what you need to archive this.
sorry I was wrong, you should use the inf file from RTIOwdmGeneric
but isn't this a slave problem? All these other drives could deal with this!?
could you send the hw id's (windows device manager) maybe it is a new version/release
no, there is no targetvisu available on BBB
no, no targetvisu is available on BBB
do not install the Peak driver but the CODESYS driver here in the RTE directory: SysDrv3S\SysDrv3S.inf and additional C:\ProgramData\CODESYS\CODESYSControlRTEV3\CODESYSControl_User.cfg. [ComponentManager] Component.1=CmpDrvSchedulerAPIC . . Component.x=CmpSJACanDrv add the component, then it should work.
write to CODESYS store - my question bug report - to check
if everything is up to date ( CODESYS Version and PI Package) .. it should compile without problems. If you open existing projects - the procedure is: 1. Update Compiler version and Visu profile (to current version) 2. rightclick in the device tree - >update device to the raspberry pi plc 3. rightlick to the GPIO Connector and -> update device -> B/B+ If then still are compile errors due missing libraries -> download missing libraries in the library manager

hm... should work please check if it works by executing: localhost:8080/webvisu.htm in the browser
hm.. is there really a webvisu in your project and the application deployed via server? if you call localhost:8080/webvisu.htm does it show the webvisu from your pc?

Hi, du musst definitv ne echte SPS verwenden, in deinem 2.
one remark, most of the 'SL' products need this entry in /etc/CODESYSControl_User.cfg to have this entry persistent after a runtime update

Hi, we think it is not a bug - why? Do you really use 2 Key's ? The one need to be pluged on the CODESYS pc which encrpyt the boot application, the other need to be pluged to your Linux SL System to decrypt the bootapplication.. If you own only one KEY. The procedure is - 1. created encryted bootap via offline bootproject (KEY is plugged to the CODESYS PC) 2. copy the generated Application.app und Application.crc to the target 3. plug the key to the Linux SL and restart the runtime ( or reboot) Then...

yes, https://store.codesys.com/codesys-io-link-master.html
Maybe the version is not released, at the moment I asume you need two CODESYS Keys, one on the IDE side and one in PLC side.

Hi Alexey, Without having the application it's a little bit difficult to help. But I would suppose that it's a problem in initialization order. When the program starts, first of all the retains are initialized. Then the CANopen Slave stack starts and writes the default (which you configured before in the editor) to the object dictionary. This of course overwrites your retain value. The CANopen slave stack does not know that the object is mapped to a retain variable. There are different possible solutions...

Hi, Yes, should bei solved with next Version...! 17th Feb.
Which versions are you using? ( Runtime / CODESYS) ?
Yes, sure this should work only with runtime key not with softlicense at the moment. Update: with latest Raspberry PI OS (Januar release) for me it works without problems even now with Softlicense.

no, the release is planned for April 4.1.0.0 version - and you'll need to have 2 licenses/keys

If you use the generic DS402 driver these parameter should be there. In which version is SoftMotion? You could update SoftMotion by updating the SoftMotion package, current version is 4.9.0.0

The drives are slightly different in case the of the behavior, which bit should set homing etc... There are some parameters to set may this helps. See attached picture. ( You need to enable Tools-options->device editor ->'show generic device configuration views' to see this parameter page. Another point to check in which task do you call the mc_home FB?

A solution for this would be to install the Edge Gateway (armhf from store) and then scan would workd again if you use the Edge Gateway.. beside your solution you have found.
Hm, which demo runtime is it? Would contact your supplier..
Hi, I would recommend to delete the bootproject and restart the runtime. Maybe this solves it. BR Edwin
