Okay, the solution was so simple... In my case, you first have to add the EL1918 and then the EL2904... then the connection is made automatically. I probably had something else before and then added the EL1918... then it doesn't catch the connection :/

Hello :) We are currently configuring a system with Codesys as SoftPLC on a Linux system and with Beckhoff terminals. I have already gained some experience with Codesys and also with TwinCat incl. TwinCAT Safety. What is new to me now is Codesys in conjunction with Beckhoff safety terminals. We are currently using an EL1918 & EL2904 here. I have been able to integrate both terminals into my project, but I don't know how to interconnect them so that they communicate. That's a bit easier with Twincat...

Hello, sorry to open this again. I can't find the right ESI for EL1918 as Safety PLC.. I only have the one without safety PLC. I look on Beckhoff website but i didnt found it. Can anyone help me? EDIT: I found it :)

Hello @student-t we can't solve the problem in the Visualization... I spoke with an employee from Codesys and he told me we shall impliment the event directly in the plc code... There is a FB who can handle this event. you can look here: Click

Hello together, i have a problem with my Visualization.. I want to use the OnValueChanged event but this doesnt work.. all other events work fine but no this. It doesnt matter what i use in this event. Nothing is working. Also i have checked the Compliler, but OnValueChanged is not deactivated. I have Visualization Library 4.3.0.0 Can anyone help me?

I get with my Raspberry Pi always the message Demo mode for 120 minutes although I have installed the Multicore license on the device. It is there in the License Manager -> Softcontainer but not in the Device Reader License. What can be the reason for this? With kind regards, Steven

Hallo zusammen, ich bekomme bei meinem Raspberry Pi immer die Meldung Demo Modus für 120 minuten obwohl ich die Multicore Lizenz auf dem Gerät installiert habe. Good morning, I have a problem with my Raspberry Pi 4 and Codesys. I have a Beckhoff coupler EK1914 + EL9410 + EL7047 which I want to address with the Raspberry. This works so far but unfortunately I get problems with the motor. The PDO's are assigned correctly in my opinion, because the terminal already ran in a Beckhoff project with exactly the same motor. Have this also checked again and that fits so far. But my main problem is that if I want to drive the motor via the "startup", I can start it...

Guten morgen, ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Raspberry Pi 4 und Codesys. Ich habe einen Beckhoffkoppler EK1914 + EL9410 + EL7047 welche ich mit dem Raspberry ansprechen möchte. Das funktioniert auch so weit nur leider bekomme ich Probleme mit dem Motor. Die PDO's sind meiner Meinung nach richtig zugeordnet, da die Klemme schon in einem Beckhoff Projekt mit genau dem selben Motor lief. Habe dies auch nochmal geprüft und das passt soweit.
