Hello, my PFC200 has run for a few month now without problems. But now it freezed 2 times a day. LEDs were green but the PLC was not reachable. After power off -> on. I found that the MQTT had an error: MAX_RECEIVE_BUFFER_SIZE_EXCEEDED. And MQTT hadn't reconnect since then. I tried a cold and a warm reset but nothing helped. How can I solve this? Regards, Paul

I have declarated this variable...When i use the variable I see all...I wan see only the variable not all. For example I declarated in GVL_GLOBAL ==> Torque_Mode When I push enter insert in code all rute..GVL_GLOBAL.Torque_MOde...I want see only torque mode...How is possible resolved this problem?? Thanks for the suggestion, I have tried it eagerly: I have updated all packages to latest version with Codesys Installer and installed newest runtime and gateway on Raspberry Pi. Unfortunately, the error is still there. As soon as I add the SM_Drive_Servo to the device tree, I get the error below when generating the code. Hello, I hv a problem. Couldn't solve this for 2 days now. So I'm quite new at CodeSys and I have to use the spi port x30 on the edgelogix rpi 1000. So what I have to do is just 'add device' at the SPI where I hv to pick the 'SPI master' after that I hv to change the parameters according to the edgelogix I did found in the spidev.h but nothing got updated so I 'add device' again where I pick the PiFace I/O Driver and I put my variables at the I/O Mapping, which i put the input startbit at the in part and led at the out part. I want to make the led blink according to my structured text code but somehow the hardware didn't connected with the CodeSys spi port. Nothing happens. Any idea what I have to do?

On a PC with the Control Win, this is probably related to the fact that the CAN drivers are not loaded. Go to the folder where your Control Win Configuration file is: - E.g. C:\ProgramData\CODESYS\CODESYSControlWinV3x64\E1FA7ABE - Open the CODESYSControl.cfg - Remove the semi-colon in front of the CAN driver you want to use (section ComponentManager). - Set the component ID to the next number in the list (e.g. Component.8) - Save this file and restart the Control Win.

Thanks, I will check the PLC Log when the PLC is connected again. I will update my findings here. Since I don't have access to the Linux Panel PC at the moment, I tested inside my development VM with the same Linux OS. I have no issues or delays connecting to the WebVisu using my Linux VM. Two main differences: 1. My host Computer has a faster processor compared to the panel PC. 2. There are no devices connected in my dev environment. I will continue testing when I have connection to the panel PC.

Hi all! I'm working on an home project using a Raspberry Pi 3 device with Codesys for Raspberry Pi 64 SL runtime. I would like to create the HMI interface with Siemens WinCC Unified (or Advanced) configuring the Raspberry as OPC UA server. I tryed everything, but I didn't find the way to let the OPC UA connection works using UaExpert. I tryed to use anonymous connection, authenticated connection and the ip address instead of the server name in the path connection. There is no way to connect to the OPC UA server and I was asking myself if this feature is really supported for the runtime version used. Another strange thing I noted, is that is not possible to quickly create an OPC UA certificate in the Security Screen, as show in any tutorials. I have correctly created the Symbol Configuration enabling the OPC UA feature. I attach to this topic some printscreen of the actual configuration (sorry for the italian language interface, but I didn't find the way to switch to english). Thank you very much in advance for your support and advices!

It's probably because you have an INT in the input to the MUL function, which will then try to output an INT as well. INT variables can only handle values of -32768 to 32767. Your value of 523000 won't fit in an INT, so it turns into an invalid number. Use a DINT. This is usually better for working with time values anyway, because time values are all 32 bit. Or if you can't, use INT_TO_DINT(gvlp.detectie_nalooptijd_s) in the input to the MUL function.

I found out that the Codesys simulation mode is not good to measure performance. As soon as I upload the code onto the hardware PLC I can see that my visu-task needs around 60 ms to complete. I'm wondering if there is a possibility to find out which visualization/visualization element takes a lot of computing time? Then I would look for ways to decrease the long computing time.

Hey all CODESYS-experts. I'm at a customer site, and we hade a power-failure and one of the devices apparently runs codesys and has crashed. It's an old device (out of warranty) that is bought many years ago. Now this device doesn't seem to boot. Any idea what to do in this case? We have access to the drive so we have access to the files. See screenshots.
