Unluckily the first file is allways hidden. Hello, I am trying to emulate my code but for some reason my Codesys IDE keeps loosing connection to the emulator. I am constantly pinging virtual machine on which its running and its running fine, but codesys refuses to reconect to it, and is not able to rediscover it. Codesys 3.5 SP20 Patch 1 I have linux installed like image in attachment.(using version 4.12) Linux VM is set up to use up to 4 cores and 8gb of ram, with nothing else runing on it. I dont have a license so I am aware that the emulation shouldnt run for more then 120 minutes I am able to, login, get sysinfo, reboot etc from codesys IDE for certain period of time (5minutes) then my connection gets lost, sometimes I can login again, but sometimes i have to reboot the VM. Any suggestions what might be the issue ?

Hi, I am running my application on device based on Compute Module 4S (Cortex-A72 (ARMv8) 64-bit ). On this device I installed RPi Runtime in 4.11.0.0 version. In my project I use device: Codesys Control for Raspberry Pi 64SL and my project works, but I actually do not have acces to all GPIO's , because GPIOs Compute Module is available only in 3.5.16.0 version and it doesn't work. Properly work GPIOs B+/Pi2 but using this device I do not have acces to all GPIO's in CM4S. Anyone of can tell me how add GPIOs Compute Module 4.11.0.0 to my project ?

Hi, Is it possible to have a MC_PositionProfile that runs continuously again and again without stopping the motor and starting again. I have a profile that contains about 50 steps that I want to repeat. At the end of each run the motor comes to a stop before the next one starts. My code checks for Done, then resets the Execute to False before setting Execute to True to run again, and I think this is causing the motor to go to standstill before starting again. There doesn't seem to be a BufferMode option like with MC_MoveAbsolute. Is it possible to do this? Many thanks,

Hi can you give more details? Are you talking about a danfoss? wich model? Can post the configuration of channel' I used, on the past, serial modbus with danfoss fc280 I remember ((id x 10)-1) I remember that you couldn't use continuous reading/writing of the directors but you had to use them one at a time. it seemed that reading empty registers (caused by x10) was not accepted by danfoss. So I had created a scan that used just one register, then the next etc etc with a timed interval. But this was for the serial, I don't know if it's the same thing with ethernet. I currently use Ethernet TCP/IP interface with FC280.

Hello all, I am facing issues with using SysCom library. With SysCom23 library things were simple but since we are migrating to 64bit systems, I am writing a Porting program. With SysCom23, opening the comport was as simple as providing the ComPort no. which returns the Handle as a DWORD. dwHandle:=SysComOpen(Port); But the new library is a bit different. It is asking for 2 input parameters to open the Com Port - Port Number and POINTER to RTS_IEC_RESULT IF hCom = 0 THEN hCom := SysComOpen(ComSettings.sPort, ADR(pResult)); How should I use the RTS_IEC_Result? I can find RTS_IEC-REUSLT under SysType2Interfaces of SysCom library. Also, can someone give me a general understanding of this RTS_IEC_REULT and RTS_IEC_HANDLE, etc.?

It will be a reference, because it's a VAR_IN_OUT. it's a little weird debugging the array online. It just shows as a POINTER TO INT, and you can't actually see the array from the function side. But you can still work with it as a normal array, not a pointer.

Hello, Has anyone tried running CODESYS Linux on Ubuntu Core? I'm having problems installing the runtime. The connection to UC cannot be established. Hello, I think you can try to change the Connection from Multicast to Point to Point. Please also make sure your windows firewall is allowing the correct UDP ports inbound for ethernet IP. You might also need to increase the RPI, so it times out slower.
