Good to hear that. If you feel, that a project makes sense, please feel free to create one. And my offer to help you with packaging, etc. persists.

  • Ingo Ingo posted a comment on ticket #32

Hi Aliazzz, seems like you have more experience with this topic, than I have personally ;) For me this sounds as a good topic for a project in the tools neighborhood. As the goal can be to provide documentation + an extra package, which smoothes the workflow. I would like to assist you with packaging etc. if necessary.

I added a page, describing how to follow other people, wikis, blogs, etc. Together with the dashboard, which was introduced with the Allura update now, I think the situation improved significantly. The dashboard replaces the home page after you logged in. I would please you to check it out, and give me feedback if you need more.

I close this ticket, as actually there is a wiki now, which just needs to be extended over time.

Upraded to Allura 1.10.0. Now everything seems to work better, as this supports now natively attachments on blogs.

Sorry! Your mail was in my spam folder. Just found it ;) I didn't run it such long, yet. But after 6h my 20000mAh Anker seemed to have max 1/3 of power lost. So feels like I could reach 18h w/ it. But I guess, that a default Raspbian will also eat more. As then more services will run in the background. I used wharfie, but you could also try to disable all unnecessary services in a Raspbian image.

We should check this fix first: https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/tickets/6299/

  • Ingo Ingo posted a comment on ticket #29

The Allura framework reports a CSFR attack when trying to attach a file in the hacks blog. While it works on others. I suggest to export and move the blog from its own neighborhood to /forge/hacks, or to cancel the whole thing.

Hi Aliazzz, Contacting me works, but I am on vacation. Your patience is welcome. How other Open Source Communities are solving this kind of issue is usually a mailing list. Our current medium is the forum. We could also use a Forum on Forge itself if we'd like. You see, there are several options, which I would like to discuss in the company. Every comment from you will be appreciated. Regarding your I/O driver problem. Please have a look into the MCP3008 driver. Maybe this provides you a good example....

No I meant 25, as I have read this somewhere. But practically I reduced it much more, as I don't need such a high speed, and I want to have it running stable.

Good idea. Sadly the concept of Allura (the base framework of CODESYS Forge) has its focus on hosting independent projects. As we are a much closer community, the view on things is sometimes a bit different. But all is extendable on different degrees. I will discover a pragmatical solution.

  • Ingo Ingo posted a comment on ticket #23

Thanks! Can you please recheck if the behvior is now more as expected? Because actually the behavior before was intended. I thought that I realized it similar to how Google is doing it. But I fully understand that it was confiusing. Now, you should be loged out in both services when you click on Logout in Forge. But you will also be redirected to forge when you click on sign-out in your CODESYS Account.
